Summary of the main contents of graduation thesis

How to write a summary of the main contents of graduation thesis, college life is coming to an end. We need a thesis defense before graduation, but we won't write a graduation thesis, let alone a graduation thesis. Let me look at how to write a summary of the main contents of my graduation thesis with you.

The main contents of the graduation thesis are summarized as follows: How to write 1 1, the title. Should be able to summarize the most important content of the whole paper, concise and eye-catching, generally no more than 20 words.

2. Abstracts and keywords.

The abstract of the paper should explain the main points of the paper. Explain the research purpose, research methods, achievements and conclusions of this paper. Keep the basic information of the original paper as much as possible and highlight the creative achievements and new ideas of the paper. It should not be a simple list of chapter titles. About 500 words is appropriate.

Key words are the key words that can best reflect the theme of the paper, generally 3-5.

3. Contents. It is not only the outline of the paper, but also the subtitle of the paper, so you should mark the corresponding page number.

4. Introduction (or preface). The content should include the present situation at home and abroad in this research field, the problems to be solved in this paper, and the theoretical significance and practical value of this research work in economic construction, scientific and technological progress and social development.

5, the text. It is the main body of graduation thesis.

6. Conclusion. The conclusion of the paper should be clear, concise and complete, and should clarify one's own creative achievements or new ideas and their significance in this field.

7. References and notes. According to the number of documents or comments cited in the paper, it is listed after the main body of the paper and before the references. Charts or data must indicate the source and provenance.

When the reference is a periodical, the writing format is: [number], author, article title, periodical name (foreign abbreviation), year, number of volumes, number of issues and page number.

When the reference is a book, the writing format is: [number], author, title, publishing unit, year, edition and page number.

8. Appendix. Including formula derivation, auxiliary mathematical tools, repeated data charts, symbolic meanings used in this paper, unit abbreviations, full text of the program and related explanations, etc.

The main contents of graduation thesis are summarized as follows: How to write 2. Rapid domestication and culture of aerobic granular activated sludge.

XXX Student Number of Class 090 of College of Life Science and Technology

Lecturer: (Professor)

1, subject source and project name

Independent research and development project

2. The significance and purpose of the topic.

In recent years, with the advancement of industrialization, the problems of water pollution and water eutrophication have become increasingly serious. However, the traditional activated sludge wastewater treatment method has some defects, such as complex process route, large area and large excess sludge output. Aerobic granular sludge has compact structure, so it has excellent settling performance, and there is no need for sedimentation tank and mixed liquid sludge reflux, which simplifies the wastewater treatment process and greatly saves capital construction cost and operation cost. In addition, it is rich in microbial phase, which can remove nitrogen and phosphorus while degrading organic carbon, and can also bear high COD load and impact load of toxic substances. In this way, aerobic granular sludge wastewater biological treatment method, as a sustainable sewage treatment technology, has the advantages of small floor space, simple operation and excellent effluent quality. Aerobic granular sludge technology, as a new type of wastewater biological treatment technology, has a very broad application prospect in urban sewage and industrial wastewater treatment.

3. The main research content of this topic.

(1) Domestication and culture of aerobic granular sludge (2) Storage and activity recovery of aerobic granular sludge (3) Study on load fluctuation tolerance of aerobic granular sludge.

4. The research process of this topic.

On the basis of predecessors' exploration of aerobic granular sludge culture conditions, a special reactor was designed and built to domesticate the cultured granules, and the changes of granular sludge concentration and sedimentation performance were analyzed, and the removal effect of granular sludge on wastewater pollution indexes such as COD and ammonia nitrogen was investigated, in an attempt to domesticate and cultivate aerobic granular sludge in a short time.

In addition, the storage method, activity recovery and load fluctuation resistance of cultured granules were also explored. The sludge characteristics and pollutant removal ability of granular sludge after storage for a period of time and under artificial load fluctuation were investigated respectively.

5. Experimental conclusion

In this paper, simulated wastewater with COD of 1500mg/L was used as substrate, and ordinary flocculent activated sludge was used as inoculation sludge in SBAR reactor. The circulation period was 4 hours. Under the action of strong hydraulic shear force, aerobic granular sludge was successfully cultivated by shortening the settling time of sludge. The particle has smooth surface, clear outline, good settling performance and light yellow color. Its particle size is mainly distributed in 0.5-2mm, its particle strength is 99.88%, its wet density is 65,438+0.048g/cm3, and its settling speed is 62.65,438+0m/h, all of which are far superior to traditional activated sludge. It shows excellent removal ability for COD and ammonia nitrogen in simulated wastewater, and the removal rate can reach more than 90%, and the effluent can meet the national first-class discharge standard.

After one month's storage in refrigerator and room temperature, the physical properties of the particles decreased to some extent, but the properties of the particles remained at a good level after storage. This shows that the storage conditions and room temperature in the refrigerator have little effect on the physical properties of the particles, and the effect of storage in the refrigerator is better than that at room temperature only from the physical properties. In the recovery stage, only the sixth batch was carried out, and the removal of other pollutants except ammonia nitrogen can approach or even reach a stable period; Comparing the two storage methods, except that the treatment effect of particulate matter on COD and TP is closer, other data show that the storage effect of refrigerator is better than room temperature. But the energy consumption of normal temperature storage is low. Both methods have advantages and disadvantages.
