Basic theoretical papers. The research object of this kind of paper is the concepts and theories in related fields, not practical law. The research method is mainly based on the existing related theories and ideas, and comprehensively uses inductive reasoning, deductive reasoning and other reasoning methods to gain an understanding of a specific topic through a series of abstract thinking.
Applied research papers. This kind of paper pays attention to practice, and often analyzes the hot spots, focuses, difficulties and doubtful problems (especially new problems) in practice on the basis of comprehensive application of relevant theories, finds out the causes of the problems, and puts forward specific operational strategies or suggestions.
Academic argumentation. This kind of paper usually puts forward different views on other people's published articles or opinions, discusses them on the basis of full argumentation, and attaches importance to revealing the shortcomings or mistakes of other people's research.
