Honesty means not harming the public, being selfish and corrupt. As a moral standard and value orientation, honesty has always occupied the leading position of society and led the public to move forward in the direction of social development.
Self-cultivation means that individuals actively and consciously exercise and correct their ideological consciousness and moral quality, constantly eliminate and restrain their inner immoral desires according to the requirements of social moral norms, and strive to improve their moral cultivation to a perfect state.
For society and ourselves, honesty and self-cultivation are the important driving forces that lead us to move forward actively, so we need to keep this correct and noble value orientation and behavior all the time.
However, in recent years, the problem of corruption in China has become increasingly serious, and there are countless social injustices. The school has not played a big role in honesty education.
"Why is it so difficult to cultivate honesty in China, how to cultivate honesty, and how to educate honesty in schools?" With this in mind, I learned something about honesty cultivation and its related educational problems through the practice and investigation in winter vacation. On the basis of investigation data, combined with China's national conditions, this paper puts forward some views and measures on how to solve the problems of honesty cultivation and related education.
The innovation of this study is to examine whether the course of "Integrity Cultivation" offered by universities has any effect on college students, and to study the construction experience of integrity cultivation abroad. This has reference significance for China's educational reform in this field.

(b) The study found that
1, people lack the awareness of honesty and credit cultivation: the survey shows that 55% people have a general understanding of honesty and credit cultivation and its related laws and regulations, while 32% people know little about it. It is conceivable that people's sense of honesty and self-cultivation is very lacking, which also shows that the government and the media have not done enough publicity work at ordinary times.
2. The social and cultural atmosphere of honesty and self-cultivation is not strong: 62% people think that the social atmosphere of honesty and self-cultivation is average, and 36% people think that the social and cultural atmosphere of honesty and self-cultivation is weak. It is conceivable that the government and the media usually do not do enough publicity work.
3. The government's anti-corruption work is not in place: 60% of the people are dissatisfied or quite dissatisfied with the government's anti-corruption work. 88% people think that the most serious corruption is government agencies. It is conceivable that the core problem of honesty and self-cultivation is that the government's own anti-corruption work is not in place and cannot play an exemplary role.
4. The education work in the school is not in place: 83% of the people in the survey learned about honesty and integrity from high-tech media such as TV and Internet; 43% people study through traditional media such as radio and newspapers; Only 265,438+0% people have learned something from the school curriculum. And 63% people think that the "integrity cultivation" course offered by the school has little effect. Although half of them say that schools pay more attention to the education of honesty and integrity, from the perspective of the role of education, we can see that the education work of schools is not in place.
Four. Analysis and discussion of research results;
First of all, I found that the corruption in our country is very serious now, and the key lies in the fact that government agencies are inside job and stealing from themselves. When people begin to have power, they will have a certain greed, and it is this greed that makes China's political system full of many hidden rules and many intrigues.
In fact, anyone with a little personnel experience knows what the power and political system in China is like. Thousands of years of cultural accumulation have made this form deeply rooted. Even modern children know that it is a simple and effective shortcut to give gifts and treat people to dinner for their own interests. Some people try to change this situation, but in vain, and may even endanger their lives. It is impossible for a short-lived spray to dispel the thick haze of thousands of years. Time and again, the change of flesh and blood brings only the change of social form. However, China really manipulated and stuck to our cultural consciousness, and it has never really changed.
Secondly, the education of honesty and integrity in schools is not in place. From the "thought" of primary school

German "class, to the" ideological and political "class in middle school, and then to the" honest and self-cultivation class "in university, although
The school has carried out honesty education, but according to the data in the survey, students learned about it through the internet, television and other media, but they really learned very little from the school, and students think that the courses offered by the school have limited effect. It can be seen that the form and content of honesty education in schools are too rigid and single, so that students can't absorb it well and thus can't achieve the purpose of educating students well.
Moreover, the social and cultural atmosphere of honesty and self-cultivation is not strong enough. People simply complain about corruption in society and occasionally think about solutions, which shows that people's own definition and understanding of honesty cultivation are too superficial, have not seriously thought about it, and have not fundamentally realized the importance of honesty cultivation.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) conclusion
(A) the conclusion of the study on honesty and credit cultivation
The crux of the problem of honesty cultivation lies in people's lack of honesty consciousness, weak social atmosphere, realistic constraints of honesty cultivation construction and insufficient diversification of school-related education.
(B) on the integrity of the education and management of behavior countermeasures
1. In terms of honesty, we can learn from the experience of Germany. Germany pays attention to curbing corruption from the mechanism, that is, the self-discipline mechanism based on personality strength, the power restraint mechanism focusing on standardizing the behavior of civil servants, the punishment mechanism guaranteed by improving the legal system, the supervision mechanism led by public opinion and the anti-corruption working mechanism centered on the case clearing center. Starting from these five points, we should build a clean government in an all-round way and let people, especially government workers, regard honesty, self-discipline and diligence as an inherent conscious behavior. Fundamentally speaking, it is a deep-rooted concept of strict self-discipline in travel. When government workers have a good start, they will have greater motivation and determination to build a clean government, and extend this concept to the masses, thus comprehensively solving the problem of clean government.
2. You can also learn from the experience of self-cultivation abroad. Germany's educational philosophy is honesty education, and parents set an example. In Germany's youth education system, family is an important place for moral education, and parents are the enlighteners of children's moral education. Germany clearly stipulates in the education law that parents have the obligation to educate their children. German parents also attach great importance to creating a sincere atmosphere for their children. The principle that parents generally abide by is that parents must set an example and educate their children to be honest and trustworthy. In Germany, if you violate some social morality, someone will take the initiative to explain to you a set of principles for observing social morality and set a good example for the next generation. This honest atmosphere not only cultivates children's good moral quality, but also regulates adults to consciously abide by social order and be honest with others.

In Japan, honesty education runs through almost everyone's life. In the family, parents often teach their children "no"
Lying is the word "honesty" in the school, and "honesty" is almost a common business philosophy in the company. There is an ethics course in Japanese schools, which focuses on honesty, kindness, progress, dedication, humility, reputation and justice. Every primary and middle school student in Japan has a moral handbook called "Notes from the Heart", which records all kinds of moral norms in popular language, and honesty is one of the important contents. This is also very good for the integrity education in our school. Every aspect of life is permeated with this concept, so that children can form the habit of honesty and self-cultivation from the beginning of dolls, so as to get a fundamental and effective education.
