Ping Xu won the third prize in the National Bio-Olympic Competition, six students won the second prize at the provincial level, four won the third prize at the provincial level and two won the third prize in Zhenjiang. Our research group has also done a lot of work in the process of "Research on Environmental Education in Biology Classroom Teaching". In September, He Laoshi led students to carry out water pollution detection and write relevant investigation reports. Around the topic, we held the environmental protection knowledge contest in Grade One and the environmental protection knowledge essay contest in Grade Two last semester, and made a comparison. Each of our teachers has attended more than two teaching and research classes.
On this basis, we have also written a lot of research papers, among which "Talking about the Skills and Strategies of Solving Problems in the College Entrance Examination for Biology" written by Mr. Qu was published in provincial journals, and one of them won the third prize in the "Teacher's Pottery Cup" competition held in the province. Three articles, including "Harm of Environmental Hormones and Countermeasures" written by Teacher Xi, were published in provincial journals, and other teachers also wrote an excellent paper. Among the popular science lectures held by the school, this school year's lectures on Modern Biotechnology by Qu, Celestial Bodies and Life by He Laoshi, Appreciation of Science Fiction, and Flower Cultivation by Zhu were all well received by the students.

For example, the weekly business study, lesson preparation group and teaching and research group activities can be carried out normally, the blackboard newspaper can be completed on time and with good quality, and each other can attend classes. This semester, Zhang Junlian took 38 classes, He Laoshi took 35 classes, I took 23 classes, Xi Hongfeng took 12 classes, and Zhu Dacheng took 1 1 class. Members of this group obey the division of labor, strictly abide by labor discipline, do not arrive late or leave early, pay attention to the hygiene of the office and surrounding environment, and maintain a good working environment.
In short, in the past year, our biology group has made great achievements in school education and teaching. We also summarized and popularized our teaching and research results. In the past 20 years, we have opened two open classes in Zhenjiang and Yangzhong respectively, both of which have adopted multimedia teaching and won many praises. However, we still have some shortcomings, such as many young teachers, insufficient teaching experience, few class teachers and insufficient first-hand information for students. In the future, we will continue to work hard, do our job well, and strive for greater achievements in all aspects.
