Start writing. When writing the first draft, just write it down, as long as you ensure that you grasp the main points and themes of the article, it doesn't matter if the sentences are incomplete or grammatical errors. Write when your mind is active, not when you are tired. Try to find a time and place where you can concentrate on thinking and writing.

Writing in sections. Don't try to write it all at once, but write each part as a small comment. Look at your information and think clearly about the goals of specific chapters and what you want to accomplish and express.
