Professional and technical personnel of institutions aiding Tibet and Xinjiang are promoted to a higher level of professional and technical titles, and those who pass the assessment should, in principle, be employed within the scope of their posts.

Different places and departments have different requirements. Generally, it includes: graduation certificate, intermediate title certificate, title foreign language examination certificate, re-education hours certificate, thesis or technical report certificate.
