Hospital construction
At present, the overall construction level of three first-class hospitals affiliated to the school, namely Changhai Hospital, Changzheng Hospital and Dongfang Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, is in a leading position inside and outside the military. At present, there are 3,792 beds in * * * *, and the annual outpatient and emergency treatment volume reaches more than 4.9 million. In terms of medical features, traditional features such as hepatobiliary surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, burn surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery and urology are more distinct, and new features are formed in organ transplantation such as liver and kidney, minimally invasive treatment of prostate diseases, pancreatic diseases, vascular diseases, hematological diseases and mycosis. At present, there are 26 military medical research institutes (special disease centers) and 6 "top priority" clinical medical centers in Shanghai in the three affiliated hospitals. All three hospitals are third-class first-class hospitals, ranking first in the questionnaire survey of 10,000 people in Shanghai for five consecutive years. Changhai Hospital's "Pocket Changhai" medical treatment model has been well received, and the medical social work service of Long March Hospital has been well received.
