Abstract: The integration of regional culture in the Yangtze River Delta has promoted regional economic cooperation. On the basis of analyzing the foundation and present situation of cultural integration in the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper discusses the promotion of cultural integration to regional economic cooperation. On this basis, four measures are put forward to promote the cultural integration of regional economic cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta: building a cultural circle, a win-win cultural industry, a co-prosperous cultural organization and shared cultural achievements.
Keywords: Yangtze River Delta region; Cultural integration; For economic cooperation
At present, the regional economic cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta (hereinafter referred to as the Yangtze River Delta) is in full swing, and economic integration is also showing a good trend. However, there are still many aspects that need to be strengthened to maintain this momentum to a higher level and to move from regional economic cooperation to regional economic integration. It is an important link to integrate regional culture and provide more and better opportunities for regional economic cooperation.
First, the role of regional cultural integration in promoting regional economic cooperation
Cultural integration is a process in which cultural values with different sources, different natures and different goal orientations are absorbed, integrated and tend to be reconciled. Cultural integration can be reflected in cultural industries, cultural organizations and cultural achievements. Success is "shallow" and can also be reflected in cultural circles, while the success of cultural concepts is "deep". For a region, economic cooperation and cultural integration are "catalysts" and "lubricants" for regional economic cooperation, and their meanings are as follows.
(A) Cultural integration is one of the forms of regional economic cooperation. In many cases, regional economic cooperation and cultural integration are complementary, and cultural integration itself is a form of economic cooperation. Through regional cultural integration, the resources of different economic regions can be linked. After the opening of regional commercial, tourism and cultural markets, the operation of passenger flow, cargo flow, information flow and capital flow can be accelerated to attract more social resources to participate, which can produce good results. In this regard, the Yangtze River Delta region has made some useful attempts. For example, in 2004, Shanghai Circus City Performing Arts Group signed the "Yangtze River Delta Cultural Cooperation Agreement" with Jiangsu and Zhejiang Quyi General Acrobatic Troupe, which formed an "industrial chain" for introducing project tours, with joint ventures and cooperation. Fox brothers introduce the magic show of animal white tiger, Holland, Hans? Crocker's Magic History program was performed in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, which effectively reduced the cost of imported projects and produced good cost-effectiveness. Cultural activities such as West Lake Expo in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Haining International Tide Expo in Shanghai, Jiande in Xin 'anjiang in summer, Zhoushan International Sand Sculpture Festival and so on have attracted a lot of capital and social resources. Shanghai International Arts Festival, International Film Festival, TV Festival, Tourism Festival and so on, as well as private investment from Zhejiang, the capital, have created a vast space and brought huge business opportunities. The above projects are a process of regional cultural integration and economic cooperation, and achieve a win-win situation for culture and economy.
(B) Cultural integration can enhance the overall competitiveness of the region, which will be more powerful in the future inter-regional competition. Among the five elements of "soft power" such as culture, system, management, openness and order, cultural power ranks in the top five, and its position and role in regional development are increasingly prominent. ? Daniel bell, a famous American sociologist, once said that "culture has become the most dynamic part of our civilization, and its energy exceeds technology itself", and "the ultimate direction of economy is not the price system on which the cultural value system depends" [1] 79.
The integration of regional culture is an important function of a regional community, which forces different cultures to merge together. Cultural cohesion after integration is an indispensable factor in regional economic cooperation, which will help to mobilize all social resources and promote the coordination and common development of regional economy and society. At the same time, cultural integration provides spiritual impetus for deeper regional economic cooperation, and its influence is not only realistic, but also far-reaching.
Especially for a trans-regional administrative organization, the cohesion of cultural integration is very important for cooperation. Only when the cities in the Yangtze River Delta form a united regional culture can they take the lead in the increasingly fierce regional competition at home and abroad, and even form a world economy with China's economic growth.
Supplement: (3) Cultural integration can reduce the cost of regional economic cooperation, in which investment is an important part. In addition to the "explicit costs" such as capital, facilities and labor input, the investment in different places should also consider the "hidden costs" such as risk costs and operating costs. Due to the lack of comprehensive understanding of their respective cultural backgrounds and human environments, the necessary risks and sometimes operating costs must be paid, which is unfavorable to cooperation to a certain extent. The communication of cultural integration promotes mutual understanding and recognition, which can greatly reduce the "hidden cost". As capital enters a city, investors will instinctively find their own civilization and lifestyle, which is settled in the blood of the East and the West, and it is difficult to change. Diet, language, customs and cultural concepts, etc., have become an indispensable consideration for investors, which is also a reflection of reducing the cost of operating risks [2]. Among the 50 Shanghai listed companies listed in Jiangsu in 2003, the total import and export volume of Shanghai Port 1 was US$ 42.5 billion, of which nearly half was represented by Jiangsu and Zhejiang [3] 3 18, largely due to the reduction of "hidden costs".
