The solution to the problem of social equity in China is a small paper. At present, the problem of social injustice in China appears in the process of development and must be solved by means of development. In this regard, I think we must do the following things well: first, establish the basic concept that members of society enjoy the fruits of social development. Otherwise, all other countermeasures and measures are impossible. It is not only a symbol of modern social civilization, but also an objective need in the process of modernization for members of society to enjoy the fruits of social development. Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to this issue. When we quote Comrade Deng Xiaoping's famous saying "Let some people and some regions get rich first", we must not forget another extremely important strategic concept that Comrade Deng Xiaoping said in his famous southern talk, otherwise we will fall into the misunderstanding of generalizing the whole. When talking about the foreseeable gap between the rich and the poor, Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out: "When and on what basis to put forward and solve this problem should be studied. Second, vigorously promote social and economic development and solve the problem of social injustice in development. Only on the basis of highly developed productive forces and perfect market economy can a society have corresponding social and economic resources, maintain its vitality and provide necessary conditions and ways for its long-term stability. Developed material foundation and perfect market economic system are the supporting framework of modern society. In our country, if it is not handled properly, egalitarianism will easily rise, because egalitarianism has deep historical roots and mass base in our country. Once equalitarianism rises, it will make our society lose its vitality and form a series of serious social instability factors. Third, ensure that people's basic living needs are met and their basic living standards are constantly improved. We should take the continuous improvement of people's lives as an important combination point to deal with reform, development and stability. At present, a large number of social problems in China are obviously concentrated in the parts directly related to people's basic life. Any move to lower people's living standards will bring resistance. Therefore, to solve the problem of social injustice as a whole, we must ensure that members of society are satisfied with consumer goods in their daily lives. If the basic living standards of social members can be guaranteed and continuously improved, the social stability of China at this stage can be maintained, thus ensuring the safe operation and healthy development of society. Fourth, achieve full employment as much as possible. Full employment should be the priority development goal of society. Realizing full employment is of great significance for realizing justice in a broad sense, maintaining social stability, and thus ensuring the safe operation and healthy development of society. Getting a job means that workers have a relatively stable economic income, can carry out some necessary equal social activities, and can actively integrate into society. Fifth, vigorously promote the construction of social security system and build a "social safety net". The goal of social security is to realize social equity and social security from the perspective of social equity and social security through social assistance, social endowment insurance, medical social insurance, unemployment social insurance, social welfare and social preferential treatment, and to ensure that everyone has a reasonable basic living standard. The most important significance of social security lies in ensuring the basic survival bottom line of social members. Inequality and uncertainty inevitably exist in a society, such as the unreasonable and imperfect distribution system of social and economic resources, the risk of market economy, the genetic influence of families and so on. This makes members of society have great differences in the specific circumstances of survival and development, and vulnerable members of society may fall into a state of "survival crisis" because of unemployment or other reasons. In a sense, the level of security is directly proportional to the fairness and stability of society. China's social security system has been established, but it is still far from the current requirements of social equity and social security. At present, the social security problem in China has reached a time when it must be solved comprehensively, systematically and deeply, and it cannot be delayed for any reason, otherwise it will pay a greater price.
