One system of organizing expert group review is anonymous submission, which means that the review tutor does not know who the author of the paper is. General colleges and universities, especially graduate schools, have relevant regulations on blind examination of papers on a regular basis, and most of them randomly select a certain number of papers for blind examination.
The blind evaluation system is to send dissertations without the author's name to experts who can't know the author for evaluation, so the score should be the most objective.
The proportion of blind examination of master's thesis in different schools is different, generally between 30% and 50%. Doctoral dissertations are all blind, and of course there are those who can't graduate. Especially good schools pay more attention to the quality of postgraduate training.
The graduate department will notify the degree evaluation sub-committee, tutors and graduate students to defend the thesis.
If the thesis is considered unqualified, the graduate department will inform the graduate students and their tutors to revise the thesis; If the graduate students themselves and their tutors disagree with the results of the blind test, they can fill in the Application Form for Review and apply for review.
