1. Tutorial system is responsible for postgraduate training. The college has set up a postgraduate guidance group to assist the guidance and training of tutors. Tutors should pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in the process of guiding and cultivating graduate students according to the requirements of the training plan.
2. Make a training plan under the guidance of the tutor within three months after the graduate students enter the school.
3. Curriculum requirements
Master students must complete professional degree courses, compulsory courses and elective courses, with a total credit of not less than 35 credits. The passing score of degree courses (except English) is 75 points, and one degree course is allowed to fail 1 time.
Postgraduates with the same academic ability or cross-disciplinary examinations must make up at least three undergraduate main courses and courses related to research direction, and the specific courses are determined by the tutor according to the professional direction. Only when the make-up courses pass the exam and the results are qualified (not included in graduate credits) can you apply for dissertation defense.
4. Interim evaluation
Mid-term evaluation is an important link to ensure the quality of postgraduate education. The college will conduct a mid-term assessment of the graduate students' ideological and moral character, course completion, project opening report, research progress and scientific research ability. Graduate students should conscientiously sum up themselves and report comprehensively, and the graduate guidance group (or assessment group) will make evaluations and conclusions. After examination, those who pass the examination are transferred to the training stage focusing on thesis writing, and those who fail are reported to the graduate school for examination, and their study is suspended with the approval of the principal. Mid-term evaluation is generally conducted in the fourth semester.
5, teaching practice, social practice and scientific research work
In order to cultivate the teaching ability of graduate students, schools and colleges should organize graduate students to participate in some teaching work of college students during their master's study, such as teaching some chapters, guiding practice, correcting homework or graduation thesis, and tutoring classroom discussions. The total workload is not less than 120 hours, including lectures not less than 10 hours. The cumulative teaching workload of in-service graduate students in three years is not less than 1200, of which teaching is not less than 60 hours.
Postgraduates should actively participate in social and economic surveys and cultivate their social practice ability. During my study, I have been engaged in economic investigation and social practice for more than two months and submitted an investigation report at least once.
Scientific research is an important means to train graduate students to master scientific research methods and improve their scientific research ability, and it is also a good foundation for completing their dissertations. Master students should actively participate in scientific research and academic activities under the guidance of their tutors. At school, you must publish more than one academic paper related to your major in secondary journals.
The college conducts a comprehensive assessment of graduate students' participation in teaching practice, social practice and scientific research, and only those who pass the examination can apply for thesis defense.
6. Public welfare labor and cultural and sports activities
Graduate students should organize to participate in public welfare labor during their study. Organize graduate students to actively adhere to physical exercise and participate in recreational activities to enhance their physical and mental health.

Schools and colleges should strengthen the ideological and political work of graduate students, and have a special person in charge. Strengthen Deng Xiaoping Theory, patriotism, collectivism, situation and tasks and legal education. Constantly improve and enrich the methods and contents of ideological and political work for graduate students.
To strengthen the special role of tutors in postgraduate education, we should run ideological and political work through the whole process of teaching and scientific research, take responsibility from ideological awareness, study style and other aspects, and lead by example, teach and educate people, be strict and guide patiently.

Dissertation work is an important part of postgraduate training, a comprehensive training for postgraduate students to carry out scientific research or undertake professional and technical work, and a main link to cultivate postgraduate students' innovative ability and comprehensively apply what they have learned to find, analyze and solve problems. Master's thesis should be innovative and encourage the selection of important topics.
Thesis topics should be closely combined with the reality of economic development. Master students should, under the guidance of their tutors and on the basis of reading the literature, put forward the topic of the thesis, and with the consent of the tutors, write a thesis opening report before the mid-term exam. After the opening report is discussed and approved by the graduate research department, it is reported to the higher authorities for the record and implemented under the guidance of the tutor.
The research of dissertations must adhere to the attitude of seeking truth from facts, being scientific and rigorous, seriously conducting social surveys, scientifically sorting out, summarizing and analyzing the real and reliable data and materials obtained, and combining with the previous research, conducting in-depth discussions and independently writing dissertations with a certain scientific level. The paper requires standardization, refinement and originality.
Eight, thesis defense and degree awarding
1. The graduate education management departments of colleges and universities will accept and review the application for master's degree thesis defense in time according to the conditions and procedures for applying for master's degree thesis defense stipulated in the relevant documents of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and Sichuan Agricultural University. The successful applicant will hold a public defense within the specified time.
2. The Academic Degrees Committee and its College Sub-committee will evaluate and award degrees according to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees and its implementing rules and the conditions and procedures for awarding master's degrees stipulated by Sichuan Agricultural University.
Nine. Degree course description
1, Marxist theory course: according to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education, combined with the teaching practice of agricultural colleges.
2. Foreign languages: On the basis of college foreign language learning, focus on improving the ability to read and translate professional foreign language books and periodicals, and have the ability to write abstracts of general professional papers in foreign languages.
3. Modern economic theory: systematically introduce the basic theories and methods of the mainstream school of western economics, covering the basic problems of microeconomics and macroeconomics, focusing on understanding the operating mechanism and laws of the market economy, expanding students' knowledge, thickening the theoretical basis and improving their ability to distinguish.
4. Economics research methodology: This course mainly investigates the conceptual and philosophical basis of economics research methodology, clarifies what research is and how to study it, and provides guidance on procedures and methods for the planning, design, organization and implementation of research projects.
5. Special topic of land economics: it is a science to study and analyze land economic problems, a frontier subject of land science, an important position in the subject system of applied economics, and a professional basic course of land resources and agricultural and forestry economic management.
6. Special topic of econometrics: introduce the basic theories and methods of econometrics, and teach the establishment of econometric model, parameter estimation and test, and its application in economic analysis, economic forecasting planning and decision-making.
7. Land resource management: This course is to manage land as a natural resource from the material form.
This paper mainly studies the formation, rational development, utilization and protection of land resources, as well as the basic theories and management methods to promote the sustainable utilization of land resources and ensure the sustainable development of economy by improving land use efficiency and optimizing resource allocation structure.
X. School roll management
After the graduate students are admitted, with the consent of the tutor and the approval of the principal, they can keep their student status 1-2 years in their posts, and then apply for resuming their studies.

After selecting the topic, with the consent of the tutor, write a dissertation research report before the end of the fourth semester. After the opening report is discussed and approved by the department where the research direction is located, it is reported to the higher authorities for the record, and then implemented under the guidance of the tutor. The paper should be original.
7. Social practice.
According to the needs and possibilities of practical work, under the guidance of tutors, we should actively participate in rural economic surveys, relevant academic conferences, engage in social and economic consultation and other activities to cultivate graduate students' social practice ability. During the study period, rural investigation and social practice have accumulated for more than three months, and at least two investigation reports shall be submitted before they can take effect after passing the examination.
