The first step, Ctrl+A selects all, and then Ctrl+C copies;

Step 2: Create a new wps, Ctrl+V, and all the boxes and lines of the selected flowchart will be displayed. Select "Combination" in the page layout, and all the boxes and lines are combined into a whole. (The general requirements have been completed, and the high requirements are shown below)

Then Ctrl+A selects all, and Ctrl+C copies.

The third step is to create a new wps. After Ctrl+V, you can see the "Drawing Tool" on the toolbar. Select "Embedded" in "Surround" and you're done.

This is a method I just tried. There may be other better ways. Please correct it! (The interface mode of my wps is different from that of word2003) If you think it's good, go ahead! ! !
