Many candidates who take the system analyst exam are afraid to write papers (Tuesday afternoon), mainly because they don't know how to start. In fact, as long as they are really working on a project, writing a paper is the easiest! The Greek Institute of Soft Examination will now tell you the skills of writing a good department paper.
First, the characteristics of the test paper.
(A) the characteristics of the paper test format.
Generally speaking, the examination questions of department papers have a fixed format. Let's take the following sub-thesis questions as an example to illustrate: Risk control of software development in the afternoon of the system analyst exam in June 2005.
Software development projects face many risks. Once some or some unforeseen and/or uncontrollable risks occur, the consequences are usually that the development cost exceeds the budget, the delivery time is forced to be postponed, and even the development project is forced to cancel.
Please discuss the following three aspects in turn around the topic of "risk control in software development".
1. Briefly describe the application projects, development achievements and applications you used to engage in project management.
2. Discuss the main risks faced by software development projects and give examples.
3. Discuss the main risk control measures, technical measures and actual effects you have taken in the above projects. It can be seen that the examination questions of the department's sub-thesis include three aspects:
1, the title of the paper. Explain what the topic of the paper is. Generally, the test questions of the department papers are directly related to the topic, involving only one topic.
2. Extend the description of the topic touched by the topic of the paper.
3, the requirements of the paper, generally always the following three aspects, rarely change:
(1) Discuss your project. Briefly introduce what the project you are "hosting" is for, and so on.
(2) Discuss your understanding of the topic of the paper. For example, the theme of the above question is risk control, so it is to examine your knowledge about risk control, and candidates must keep it in mind.
(3) Discuss your application of the knowledge related to the thesis topic, that is, how you apply the universal truth related to the thesis topic to your project practice.
(2) the topic of the paper examination questions.
There used to be a traditional software engineering test every year, such as requirements, testing and so on. Now, departments and divisions have a software process test every year, plus a new technology application test.
What does this mean? This means that you must be able to guess the problem. For example, in the software engineering exam, you can list several topics in software engineering, and you have already taken several exams, so the rest are likely to take exams, so make preparations in advance. Now the software testing process is the same!
Second, how to write the paper.
Follow the following four steps in turn.
(A) the selected project
First of all, choose one of the four questions that you are best at. It is best to guess the exam questions before the exam and prepare more questions that may be tested in the exam. I hope the students will encounter dead questions.
Then, choose a project, the first one is the project you presided over, the second one is the project you participated in, and the third one is the project you have heard of. If there really isn't, draw five tanks, hand them in blank, and maybe get some points.
For example, I choose risk control for the test questions and pay by mobile phone for the items, that is, I send text messages to pay the mobile phone fee. Remember, write only one project! Don't write many projects!
(B) List the relevant knowledge points of the subject.
There is a description of the knowledge points on this topic, which is also the outline of the paper. Your thesis is actually an extension of this question and answer! This step is especially important!
For example, what are the risk controls of software development? Please list them. This is the outline and focus of your thesis, which is particularly important because.
Pay attention to the following points when enumerating subject knowledge points.
1, it is not required to list exactly the same as in the textbook, and what cannot be listed is exactly the same as in the book! Don't list things that have nothing to do with practice. People can tell at a glance that you haven't done any projects.
Be sure to list some of your own things to express your feelings, instead of following the book. Don't worry that your things go down to the kitchen instead of the hall, and don't worry that others will regard you as a terrapin. As long as the discussion is correct, your things will be easier to score. If you don't believe me, there is a poem to prove it.
There is soil without foreign flavor, and there is soil without customs. There is some dirt between the lines, which has nothing to do with foreign countries. For example, it can be listed as follows:
(1) Risk control is divided into three parts: predicting possible risks, preventing possible risks and dealing with existing risks. Here is the key, write it all in three steps!
(2) Risks include personnel risks, software risks, equipment risks, third-party risks and other domestic needs.
I advise you not to write down all the risk types! Write as much as you meet, and it's best to write something that others don't have.
(3) To prevent risks, we should first sort the risks according to their possible probability and degree of harm.
(4) There seems to be no outline for dealing with the risks that have occurred.
4. The outline of the list must be organized. For example, there are many enumeration methods for a topic, which can be ABCD or A, B, C and D, but you must never deny A, A, C and D across meters.
In a word, this step is the most important in paper writing. If you fail this step, don't take the exam. It is more cost-effective to sleep cool in the examination room.
