What the inspection team saw in a rural school was that the laboratory facilities of the school were complete, but the power supply and water supply were not good, and many teaching and experimental equipment (such as scales) were covered with thick dust. The classified storage of chemical experimental drugs is not good. The ventilation in the computer room is not good, and quite a few computers can't start. Many advanced devices have not even been turned on. The books in the library are tightly locked by a lock. Looking up students' book borrowing, we can see that few students have borrowed books here. Reach out and touch it, and the dust is thick and sad. The comrades in the inspection team are very unhappy. The principal who accompanied the inspection looked embarrassed, saying that the school was understaffed and there was really no way to arrange people to manage the school's teaching equipment, and repeatedly stressed that the management of these teaching equipment must be strengthened in the future to make these functional rooms clean and standardized. By interviewing students, we know that there are few experimental classes in the school. Even if there is an experimental class, we usually watch the teacher give a demonstration. Audio-visual teaching equipment is rarely used in school classes, and at most it is occasionally used in open classes. The school computer room is used by each class in turn, and many computers can't be turned on, so many students have to use one computer, which is often operated by one student and watched by other students.

The school does not issue library cards to students, but occasionally teachers borrow some comic books from the library for students to browse in reading classes. Looking up the school equipment use record book configured by the higher authorities, almost a blank record book reflects the authenticity of what the students say. Judging from the overall data, this situation is not uncommon in rural schools, and quite a few schools have not managed and used the existing teaching equipment well.
