Disassembly technology of plate heat exchanger

1. When disassembling and loosening bolts, loosen the middle bolt first, and then remove the four corners. At first, 65438+ 0 ~ 2 laps at a time, then more, repeated many times until it is completely loose. It is required to measure the total thickness of the four corners of the plate during relaxation, with the left-right deviation not exceeding 10mm and the up-and-down deviation not exceeding 25 mm. ..

2. Before disassembling the heat exchanger, measure the original thickness of the plate group with a steel ruler, and measure it at the upper, lower, left and right angles of the equipment respectively and make records. This thickness should be restored as much as possible when reinstalling. If the number of plates increases or decreases, the correct total thickness should be calculated first. The difference between the thickness after installation and compaction and the nominal value should be less than 1%, and the thickness of the previous example should be between 491~ 501mm. Generally, the plate heat exchanger is pressed into a whole with 6 ~ 12 bolts. When disassembling, these bolts should be tightened or loosened evenly, and the tightness must not be uneven.

3. The fastening bolts of plate heat exchangers are often equipped with facet bearings, which are installed at the bottom of compression nuts to reduce the surface friction when tightening bolts and make the fastening force of bolts appropriate. When tightening or loosening the bolt, the other end is controlled by the end cover and cannot rotate. After the heat exchanger is disassembled, the plate should be hung on the frame of the machine body. If it needs to be removed and cleaned, it should be placed on a flat platform, not on uneven ground, and more importantly, it should not be piled up in piles to avoid bending and deformation of the plates. After cleaning, each board should be hung back to its original position immediately. Don't hammer, because hammering stainless steel sheet will cause internal structure changes and reduce its antirust performance. After checking that all plates and gaskets are normal, tighten the bolts and reset them.

4. When tightening bolts, first tighten the four corner bolts, and then tighten the central bolts repeatedly one by one. It is required that the asymmetric deviation of the total thickness of the plate set during tightening shall not exceed the above value. A wrench with a certain length should be used to load and unload bolts, so that the applied torque is appropriate.
