Research on Performance Evaluation System of Enterprise Strategic Information Management —— Taking Cotton Acquisition and Manufacturing Enterprises as an Example

Abstract: In order to systematically and comprehensively evaluate the tangible and intangible benefits brought by strategic information management to enterprises, this paper defines the strategic information management of enterprises. Taking manufacturing enterprises as an example, this paper constructs a value chain model to evaluate the performance of strategic information management by using the value chain thought put forward by Michael Porter. Taking the balanced scorecard as a comprehensive performance evaluation tool, the performance evaluation system of enterprise strategic information management based on value chain is constructed.
