Kindergarten Safety Education and Management Paper 1 Kindergarten Safety Management Strategies and Measures
Abstract: The Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education clearly states:? Kindergartens must give priority to protecting children's lives and promoting their health. ? Effective daily safety management in kindergartens can better protect the health and safety of young children. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of kindergartens and the countermeasures.
Keywords: kindergarten; Safety management; Strategies and measures
Kindergarten safety management refers to the work of promoting the safe operation of schools and the healthy development of children according to their own development. At present, kindergarten safety accidents occur from time to time, which has sounded the alarm for parents and kindergarten staff. Relevant management strategies are needed here to reduce the probability of hidden dangers and ensure the safety of children.
First, the status quo of kindergarten safety issues
The level of running a school is low and the facilities are unsafe.
At present, there are more and more kindergartens with the nature of individual and enterprise. The running level of these kindergartens is uneven, and there is no certain standard to evaluate them. Some illegal parks that have not been officially registered have hidden dangers for the safety of kindergartens. Driven by economic interests, many kindergartens illegally expand outward and open sub-parks; In order to expand the scale of running a school, some privately increase the number of classes and kindergartens, and the facilities are not up to standard, which has an impact on children's food hygiene, accommodation conditions and activity places. At the same time, the surrounding environment and fire-fighting facilities of the campus do not meet the relevant specifications; In some kindergartens in remote rural areas and underdeveloped areas, due to insufficient capital investment, poor housing and equipment, and low quality of teachers, this is also an important cause of safety accidents. For example, on August 1 1, 2004, a private kindergarten in Hougouhe Village, Jing Ke Town, Jiyuan City, Henan Province collapsed, causing 39 children to be buried, 2 to die and 28 to be injured. After investigation, it is related to dangerous houses.
(B) a weak sense of safety
Frequent safety accidents in kindergartens are mainly caused by the weak safety awareness of personnel at all levels. Influenced by children's age characteristics, teachers' education methods and parents' doting, children don't understand the concept of safety, lack the recognition of danger, lack the awareness of self-prevention and the ability of self-protection. In recent years, teachers' work responsibilities are not in place, school buses are overloaded, and drivers' safety awareness is weak, such as 2011116 at 9: 00 in Zhengning County, Gansu Province? Little doctor? A school bus modified by a yellow gold cup van in kindergarten collided head-on with a dump truck on the way of carrying 63 children and teachers, killing 2 1 person. After preliminary investigation, the car was suspected of being seriously overloaded, and the school bus driver was retrograde, which led to the tragedy.
(C) the safety management system is not perfect
If the management, supervision and guidance of the education administrative department is the external force to ensure the safety of kindergartens, then a sound and effective safety management system is the essential internal cause of safety management practice. Imperfect safety management system is a common phenomenon in public and private kindergartens. Some kindergartens have no special safety management rules and regulations, no doorman management system, or have systems but exist in name only, and various systems have not been implemented. For example, at around 9 am on August 29th, 201/year, Yuyu, who was nearly 3 years old, left the park alone and lived on the streets until the afternoon. These are all caused by the imperfect safety management system.
Second, the kindergarten safety management countermeasures
(A) to strengthen the kindergarten safety management system
Establishing standardized rules and regulations is the key to kindergarten safety management. Schools must strictly implement various safety management systems to ensure the implementation of kindergarten safety work. First of all, combined with the actual situation of each school, kindergarten staff implement a hierarchical responsibility system, form a top-down safety network management system, clarify the responsibility to the responsible person, and establish? Everyone is responsible for safety? Awareness, strengthen safety supervision, to ensure the implementation of safety work. Secondly, strengthen the awareness of prevention and accountability of safety management, eliminate potential safety hazards, such as holding regular safety group meetings, researching and discussing the safety, fire management and food hygiene of kindergartens, establishing safety inspection files, summarizing and improving safety work, seriously investigating those responsible for some accidents, standardizing the unsafe behavior of teaching staff and ensuring the scientific nature of safety management system.
(2) Strengthen the construction of a safe environment in kindergartens.
The Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education points out that kindergartens should provide healthy and rich living and activity environment for children to meet the needs of children's development in all aspects. In actual teaching, schools should increase investment in safety, and start from children's living needs to create a safe humanistic environment and natural environment facilities. Kindergartens should strengthen the construction of hardware work, and put an end to the security risks brought to children by some game equipment and corners touched by children's hands. For example, the school's fire-fighting equipment, security work, food hygiene, indoor activity places, soft and hard floor tiles in climbing areas and so on. These need to be considered; At the same time, the use of school monitoring system should also conform to the national regulations and the actual layout of kindergartens. For example, ceiling fans should not be installed in kindergartens, and balcony railings should not be less than 1.5 meters to ensure the safety and standardization of school equipment. On the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen safety education, cultivate children's safety culture atmosphere, embody the safety concept with kindergarten characteristics, buy relevant safety education books for children on a regular basis, and post rich publicity albums of children's safety knowledge in all corners of kindergartens to form a good safety environment, promote the improvement of children's safety awareness and ability, and enhance the emergency response ability of teachers and staff.
(C) establish a sense of crisis, strengthen the kindergarten safety crisis management
To strengthen kindergarten safety management, we must first establish a sense of crisis and strengthen safety education and training for teachers, parents and children, such as the Measures for the Safety Management of Kindergartens in Primary and Secondary Schools, the Working Rules of Kindergartens and the Regulations on the Management of Kindergartens. Through various forms of safety training, improve the legal awareness of teaching staff, clarify the requirements of daily safety management, accident handling methods and the responsibility of children's accidental injuries, establish the idea of prevention first and a high sense of responsibility, and always pay attention to promoting the popularization of safety knowledge education. Secondly, safety education also needs the support of parents to complete it together. The Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education also clearly points out that family is an important partner of kindergarten. Based on the principles of respect, equality and cooperation, we should strive for parents' understanding, support and active participation, and actively support and help parents improve their educational ability. ? Improve parents' safety awareness of protecting their children, let parents actively cooperate with kindergarten teachers, and establish a good foundation for both sides to jointly protect their children. Schools and parents can guide and educate children through some small games related to safety according to their actual psychological characteristics. For example, when going out, they can inform children of various dangerous situations in time, play a warning role, and ensure the smooth development of kindergarten safety management.
In short, establishing the concept of safety first, nip in the bud, and creating a child-centered working situation are the guarantee for the smooth progress of kindergarten safety management. It is to infiltrate safety knowledge education into children's daily life, so that children can have a happy and safe learning and living environment while mastering knowledge.
