1. Each teaching unit shall submit the Personnel Table of Graduation Thesis (Design) Defense Committee and the Graduation Thesis (Design) Defense Schedule to the management system before May 20, and the Academic Affairs Office will conduct spot checks on the graduation thesis (design) defense work of each teaching unit.

2. In order to ensure that graduates leave school on time, the defense time for graduation thesis (design) of the class of 2022 in our school is May 21-May 29.

3. Please all teaching units must carefully study the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Printing and Distributing the Sampling Methods for Undergraduate Graduation Thesis (Design)" (Jiaodu [2020] No.5), urge and guide teachers to earnestly perform their guiding responsibilities, and carry out graduation thesis (design) guidance from several key points, such as the significance of topic selection, writing arrangement, logical construction, professional ability and academic norms, to ensure the quality of students' papers.

4. Before the defense, students must submit a duplicate check report (concise version), and the duplicate check rate shall not exceed 30%. After the defense, the paper (design) needs to be re-examined, and the re-examination report needs to be placed in the student's graduation thesis (design) material bag, and the final draft of the paper should also be uploaded to the VIP system. Due to the use of VIP graduation thesis management system, it is necessary to check the duplicate online, and each student only has the right to check the duplicate 1 time. To make sure there are no problems, please check the copy first.

5. When defending, you need to have a defense record. The defense record is bound into a book with the defense team as the unit, which is managed as the defense process and filed by the college.

6. The rectification time of graduation thesis (design) is from May 30th to May 3rd1. Please be sure to enter the results into the academic affairs office system before the end of the work on June 1 day, and submit the basic statistical data of graduation thesis (design) to the practical teaching section of the academic affairs office.

7. Each teaching unit shall file the graduation thesis (design) as required within one week after the completion of the graduation thesis (design).

(1) Do a good job in archiving graduation thesis (design) materials (such as drawings, software, products, experimental reports, data, design specifications and other materials).

(2) The final draft of graduation thesis (design) and the duplicate checking report are put into the graduation thesis (design) portfolio filed by the college. The binding order of graduation thesis is: cover-Chinese and foreign abstracts and keywords-table of contents-text-notes-references-acknowledgement (optional)-appendix (optional)-report form. The final grade of graduation thesis (design) needs to go through three stages: review, review and defense. According to the grade evaluation given by the instructor, the assessor (invited by the head of the defense committee or defense team) and the defense team, in principle, the proportions of the three are 30%, 30% and 40% respectively. Graduation thesis (design) is graded with a hundred-point system, and the grade evaluation must adhere to the standards and be strictly controlled. In principle, the proportion of excellent graduation thesis (design) should be controlled within 15%. Please complete the evaluation of excellent graduation thesis (design) of each teaching unit before June 12, and recommend excellent graduation thesis (design) before June 13. Note: All materials must be available in the VIP system. It is not allowed to record the task book, opening report, graduation thesis (design) guidance record, graduation thesis (design) score, graduation thesis (design) final draft and duplicate checking report in the VIP system, and it is not allowed to have paper printed draft.
