Chapter 1: Academic Innovation Forum Plan.

I. Theme and purpose of the event

In order to improve the academic literacy of graduate students in our college, further broaden their academic horizons and build a high-level academic exchange platform, our college specially organized the seventh graduate academic forum and the first academic research pacesetter selection activity of the College of Civil and Civil Engineering. With the theme of "erudition, determination, truth-seeking and innovation", this forum provides a high-starting and multidisciplinary academic exchange platform for graduate students, promotes the communication between teachers and students, and creates a good atmosphere of unity, harmony and academic contention.

Second, the content of the activity

This forum is divided into two stages:

The first stage: pre-publicity preparation, submission of innovative topics (including application form and PPT);

The second stage: holding an academic innovation forum and selecting academic research pacesetters.

(a), the first stage

1, publicity activities

(1) Pre-publicity

The pre-publicity work is mainly undertaken by the Propaganda Department of the Graduate School and the class committees of all grades. The time is set from February 20th1119 to February 20th11. The main contents are as follows:

1) The Propaganda Department of the Graduate Student Association is responsible for promoting this forum in various forms such as posters, banners and the Internet, so as to enhance the influence of this event in schools and colleges and deepen teachers and students' understanding of the innovation forum.

2) Class committees of all grades should actively publicize the significance and importance of participating in the innovation forum in the class and encourage more students to understand and participate in the forum.

(2) Post-publicity

1) During the forum, the Propaganda Department of the Graduate Association of the Intermediate People's Court is responsible for contacting the relevant news media of schools and colleges to follow up the innovation forum.

2) After the activity, the academic department of the graduate school is responsible for editing and publishing excellent papers and doing a good job of filing electronic materials. After sorting out the results, the exhibition board of innovation forum will be publicized in the college (including forum records and academic research pacesetters) to enhance the visibility of the forum, and the award-winning individuals will be invited to hold academic exchange meetings in time to enhance the academic learning atmosphere.

Step 2 Prepare for work

The preparatory work before the forum is held must be completed on 20 1 1, 65438-201,65438+February 23, with the main contents as follows: formulating scoring rules, relevant forms and reward methods; Convene a meeting of professional group leaders; Participate in the competition

A. The Academic Department of the Graduate School is responsible for organizing the formulation of scoring rules, relevant forms and reward methods for the forum (see scoring standards and forms for details).

B. After proposing the innovative research direction, the participants extensively read the literature, inquire about the data or related basic experiments, and finally form an innovative topic and submit it.

C, professional team leader timely convey the idea of the first stage to the students, mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of each group to explore new fields and solve new problems, encourage graduate students to register and collect forms, and submit them to the academic department of the Graduate Association.

Note: The declared innovative topics should indicate their innovative points and research status at home and abroad, so that the judges can carry out it.

D. summary of entry list:

Students (including all graduate students) participating in the forum must submit the application forms, papers and PPT to the Academic Affairs Department before February 22, 2065 +0 165438.

Note: Third-year students of master's degree and doctor's degree who have applied for innovative projects must submit the form and PPT to the monitor of each grade for summary before February 20th, 20 10/1. Students who have obtained outstanding graduate students from autonomous regions and schools in the second year of master's degree must submit the application form for participating in the forum to the monitor for summary before 20 1 1.

(2), the second stage

The person in charge of the innovation project who has passed the preliminary examination by experts shall present the innovation research results to the teachers and students of the whole hospital in the form of academic reports, which are divided into two parts:

The first part:

Main contents: opening ceremony and master's report.

Main contents: doctoral report and closing ceremony.

2. Closing ceremony (experts' summary by judges, on-site award presentation and taking photos as a souvenir)

Three. Scoring standard and form

According to "the practicality, guidance, scientificity, innovation and logicality of the paper"

Sex and standardization, interactive effect of on-site communication ",20 points each, invited the participating teachers to grade, and finally awarded the first prize 1, the second prize 2 and the third prize 3 according to the scores, and awarded prizes and certificates.

1. The practicality and guidance of the paper means that the paper can be applied or has been applied to professional and technical work such as production, scientific research and management, or has achieved and exerted economic, social and environmental benefits. The paper has certain or high reference value for improving technological progress in related fields;

2. The scientific nature of the paper means that the paper is based on reliable data, real phenomena and correct theories, with true and reliable contents and correct conclusions;

3. The innovation of the paper means: the paper is innovative and has certain innovative value;

4. The logicality and standardization of the paper refers to: the structure of the paper is rigorous, the hierarchy is clear, the premise is complete, the concept is accurate, the reasoning is rigorous, the calculation is correct, the analysis is thorough and the judgment is accurate. The style, format, illustrations, quantity and unit, mathematical formula, digital usage and references of the paper all conform to the relevant provisions of national standards and norms;

Note: The grading standard of this part of Yi Yan students is changed to the rationality and operability of the scheme.

5. The interactive effect of on-site communication means that the speaker conveyed the main contents of the paper well and achieved the purpose of academic communication.

Fourth, the selection of academic research pacesetters

In order to vigorously carry forward the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts and being brave in innovation, actively create a healthy and upward academic atmosphere, carry forward the fine academic tradition of our college, encourage outstanding graduate students who are brave in academic climbing and keep forging ahead to a higher level, and push the academic level of graduate students to a new height, the organizing Committee of the first graduate student "Academic Research Model" of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of XX University will hold a collection and selection activity for graduate students' academic achievements to fully display their academic research ability and scientific and technological innovation achievements.

(1) Entry rule

This appraisal activity will take individuals as the appraisal object and individual achievements as the appraisal content, and the organizing Committee will invite

Experts and scholars from various research fields formed a selection committee to review the research achievements of the candidate graduate students and their performance in the innovation forum, and finally selected the first graduate student "academic research model" of the School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of XX University, including two doctoral students and two master students.

(2) Selection conditions

1. Good political and ideological performance, good conduct, law-abiding, and no punishment for violating laws, regulations or school rules;

2. Study hard, get good grades, and have no failed courses;

3. Strong scientific research ability, with certain original opinions in this discipline and outstanding scientific research achievements;

4. Diligence and thrift, and actively participate in various collective activities organized by schools or colleges.

(3) Selection method

This selection mainly evaluates the applicant's academic achievements and performance in the innovation forum, of which my academic achievements account for 60% of the total score (see below for details) and my performance in the academic forum accounts for 40% (see III). Scoring standards and tables are the scoring and selection rules of this part).

Measures for selection of academic achievements

First, academic papers (total score converted into 60 points):

1.SCI, EI included 25 papers/article.

2. Papers published in other domestic core journals and papers collected in international conferences are 10.

3. Obtain district-level academic patents or projects 18 points/article, and 25 points/article at the national level.

4. The above is the score when the participant is the first author, the score of the second author is 50%, and the score of the third author is 20%. If the tutor is the first author and the student is the second author, the student is regarded as the first author.

Second, academic textbooks (or academic monographs):

1. 30 points for the first author and 50 points for other authors.

2. Participate in writing 4 points/department.

Third, the material requirements:

The applicant fills in two copies of the Application Form for Postgraduate Academic Research Mode of Civil Engineering College, of which 1 is bound with deeds proof materials, and the others 1 are submitted separately. Requirements for filling in the Registration Form of Candidates' Scientific Research Achievements: The columns of "Student's Signature" and "Tutor's Verification Opinion (Signature)" cannot be printed, but must be signed by hand; The column of "recommendation letter from institutions (official seal)" is blank.

The binding order of deeds proof materials is: application form for academic research pacesetter; Study report during school (to be confirmed by the seal of the graduate school); Summary of the publication of the paper (write down the title of the paper, which author I am and which publication I am in); Copies of published papers (including cover, table of contents, text and back cover, in order of abstract of published papers); Summary of the award (write down the name and time of the award); Copy of award-winning certificate (the original certificate is audited by the college and sorted in the order of award summary).

Four. comment

1. After the original is checked by the graduate school, the copy provided by the applicant shall prevail.

2. The same work can't accumulate extra points, and the highest score is counted.

All participating students are obliged to prove their declared achievements. Students who plagiarize, falsely report or lie about their grades will be disqualified immediately.

V. The final interpretation right of these Measures belongs to the Graduate Student Association of School of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering of XX University.
