SCI searches for general journals, and conference papers do not belong to the scope of SCI. Unless the conference organizer recommends some papers to SCI to retrieve journals, it is possible to be included. Another possibility is that if this is a very good meeting, its minutes may still be retrieved.

Meeting records are generally retrieved by ISTP and belong to ISI institutions.
