Reference refers to: "related literature information resources cited for writing or editing papers and works." According to the requirements of China Academic Journals (CD-ROM Edition) Retrieval and Evaluation Data Standard (Trial) and China Social Science Journals Arrangement Standard (Revised Edition), many publications distinguish between references and annotations, and define annotations as "words that further explain or supplement a certain content in a text", which are listed at the end of the article, separated from references or placed at the footer. The following is a literature review carefully organized by me. How to quote the same article many times to write a literature reference? Welcome to read, I hope you like it.
How to write literature references when consulting literature and articles are cited many times;
(If the same reference is cited in two places, endnotes can only be inserted in the place cited in the previous reference, not in both places. Because if you change the document in this way, the reference number inserted later will not be changed automatically. )
1. Click where you want to insert the note reference.
2. Click Cross Reference on the Insert menu.
3. In the Reference Type box, click Footnotes or Endnotes.
4. In the "Which footnote is referenced" or "Which endnote is referenced" box, click the annotation you want to reference.
5. In the Quoted Content box, click the Footnote Number or Endnote Number option.
Click the Insert button, and then click the Close button.
However, it should be noted that the new number inserted by Word is actually a cross-reference to the original reference mark. If you add, delete, or move comments, Word will update the cross-reference number when printing the document, or press F9 after selecting the cross-reference number. If it is not easy to select only the cross-reference number, please select it with the surrounding text and press F9.
The marking method of references in this paper;
1) The documents cited in this paper are coded in Arabic characters in the order of appearance, and the serial numbers are placed in square brackets;
2) When multiple files are referenced in the same place, the serial numbers of all files are listed in square brackets, with ","between each serial number;
3) If there is a continuous serial number, the starting and ending number "-"can be marked.
Example: Zhang San [1] pointed out that … Li Si [2-3] thought that … formed a variety of mathematical models [7,9,1-13] …
4) The same document has been cited for many times in the treatise, and the number is only 1. The cited page number is placed outside "[]", and the page number is not repeated in the literature list.
Example: Zhang×× [4]15-17 ...; Zhang ×× [4] 55 ...; Zhang××× [4]101-105 ...
Document duplicate reference mark:
When the same document of the same author is cited many times, it only appears once in the list of references after the text, without page number; Mark the serial number of the first cited document in the text, and record the cited page number outside the corner mark of the serial number. Example:
Editor-in-chief's guiding the overall situation with editing thought has become a * * * knowledge in the editing field [1], but there is no clear definition of editing thought so far, so we might as well put forward a framework. ...
Participate in the discussion. Because the connotation of "thought" is "the objective existence reflected in people's consciousness and the result of thinking activities" [2] 1 194, the connotation of "editing thought" is that editing practice is reflected in editing consciousness and "the result of thinking activities" ... The founder of China Youth magazine pursues a high style.

Differences and connections between references and annotations;
References are published bibliographies cited by the author when writing, which are listed at the end of the article. Notes mainly include notes and quotations, which are generally printed at the bottom of the page or listed in the reference books at the end of the text. Annotation is a further explanation or supplementary explanation of a specific content in the text of a work; Citation notes include various quotations that should not be included in the following references and abbreviated forms of individual references, such as:
A. undisclosed private communications
For example: (1) E-mail from eugene garfield, 2005- 1 1-30.
B. Archives
Example: (2) Member Ye Jianying's statement on the investigation results of Anping incident: 1946-09-09, Central Archives.
C. Internal information
Example: (3) Relevant chapters of Target Teaching Basis, internal information of Nanjing Education Bureau.
D. manuscript
Example: (4) Refer to Tao Yun's Manuscript on Matter.
E. Ancient books (19 1 1 years ago, but no modern version)

(6) Ji Wenda's Public Legacy Collection: Volume 16, written by Ji Yun in Qing Dynasty, collected by the National Library of China.
(7)[ Tang]:: "Continued Records Mystery", [Ming] copied this episode and hid it.
