Self-adhesive is a kind of roll paper with good quality. The back is glued by a professional gluing machine, and the self-adhesive is formed by sticking paper with wax on the surface to the backing paper.
When printing, it can be cut into printing surfaces with different specifications according to the size of the printing machine or printing area. After printing, lamination, glazing, cutting, oiling, scribing, indentation, hot stamping, silver stamping, punching and other processes are needed to make the adhesive.
Composite film: There are four kinds of composite film: composite film with backing paper, composite film without backing paper, dry composite film and UV composite film. Composite laminating with backing paper: it is carried out on the labeling machine, and the special composite film with backing paper is used for laminating under the action of laminating device.
Non-bottom paper composite film: The non-bottom paper film is rewound by using the surface smoothness (surface tension) of its own material to replace the base paper. After bonding with its surface, the adhesive can be peeled off without leaving any glue marks. The material used for the bottomless paper film is BOPP film with low surface tension. Paperless plastic film is the most widely used plastic film material at present because of its low cost.
Dry bonding: it is carried out on bonding machine or gravure press, mainly used for bonding film materials. Dry film coating of reel material is suitable for large quantities of label products, with good film coating quality and low cost. Generally, after the film-coated label is rolled, it will be die-cut and scrapped on the processing machine.
UV film covering: mainly used for unit rotary labeling machine with UV drying device. The surface of the film-covering material is first printed with UV adhesive by a common printing unit, and the adhesive is cured by a UV drying device to become a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Then the common BOPP film (the surface of the common composite material has been corona treated) is compounded with the roll material at the laminating station to complete the laminating process. Suitable for high-speed production
Glazing: After self-adhesive printing, there are two forms of glazing: brushing glue and calendering:
Brush glue is mainly woven vinyl resin, diluted with solvent and coated on cardboard with sheet-fed coater.
Calendering, also known as pressure coating, is a process of increasing the luster of printed matter by rolling and short pressing.
Cutting: draw lines on the adhesive paper with a marking machine, and cut by lines with cutting.
Sticker can add some oil to the knife or a layer of paper to the adhesive tape.
Oil:? That is to say, gluing is excluded, but it must have the effect of gluing. It is to cover the surface material with a bright film or matte film, and finally it will show a bright or matte effect!
Scribing: Scribing the glue by using the glue pasting machine or die cutting machine, and adjusting the pressure on the glue pasting machine can make the blade cut or slice the glue surface, cut the line with imaginary lines, roll the broken line, etc.
Indentation: In order to facilitate the later use of the adhesive, a printing machine is used to press marks or leave bent groove marks on the adhesive paper.
Hot stamping and silver hot stamping: using a hot stamping machine and a hot stamping template engraved with special characters or patterns, the patterns or characters are heated to the required temperature and transferred to the surface of the hot stamping material with appropriate pressure. It should be noted that when hot stamping different materials, it is necessary to choose the appropriate model of anodized and the appropriate temperature, pressure and hot stamping time to achieve the ideal hot stamping effect.
Punching: In order to meet some special requirements of self-adhesive paper, punching equipment is used to punch holes on self-adhesive paper.
