Writing Specification for Graduation Thesis (Design) of Sichuan Agricultural University Undergraduates

In order to improve the comprehensive quality of graduates in our college, further strengthen the teaching management of undergraduate graduation thesis (design), strictly control the quality of graduation thesis (design), and ensure the standardization and integrity of graduation thesis (design) files, we hereby put forward the following requirements:

First, scientific experimental papers

Generally, it consists of the following main parts: 1. Title, 2. Author, 3. Chinese abstract, 4. English title, author, abstract, 4. Paper, 5. References, 6 Thank you, 7. [Appendix]. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Title

State the research object and content of the paper. Require few words, concise, in principle, no more than 20 words. If there is a topic and a subtitle, the subtitle refers to the specific research content.

2. The author

Write the names of majors and students on the first line below the topic; The name of the teacher is written on the next line.

3. Chinese abstract

It should be independent and self-sufficient, that is, you can get the necessary information without reading the full text of reports and papers. Generally, it should reflect the main contents of the paper, mainly explaining the research purpose, research methods, achievements and conclusions of the paper. It is necessary to highlight the creative achievements or new insights of this paper and strive for refined and accurate language. The abstract of the paper is about 200 words with 3-5 key words.

4. English title, author and abstract

English titles, authors and abstracts correspond to Chinese.

5. Document body

The main body of the paper consists of four parts: preface, materials and methods, results and analysis, discussion or conclusion.

The preface should comprehensively comment on the previous research work and explain the purpose and significance of the topic selection. The preface should not be too long. There is no need to repeat the knowledge in general textbooks. The preface generally does not exceed 1/3 of the full text.

The experimental part of the paper generally includes: investigation object, experimental and observation methods, instruments and equipment, raw materials, experimental and observation results, calculation methods and programming principles, data, processed charts, formed arguments and derived conclusions, etc. Generally, it includes materials and methods, results and analysis, discussion or conclusion. The writing style can be different according to different disciplines and thesis topics, but it must be realistic, objective and true, logical and clear, with a certain depth and breadth of analysis and well-founded arguments.

References only list the documents that the author has read, quoted and published in the article. 8. Appendix

Second, management and humanities papers writing format

Management and humanities papers should include discussion and systematic analysis of research problems, comparative study, model or scheme design, case demonstration or empirical analysis, analysis or suggestion of model operation results, improvement measures, etc. Its main composition is the same as that of scientific experimental papers, but the main body of the paper generally includes preface, objects and methods of investigation, conclusions and analysis, opinions and suggestions. These include:

The preface of 1. mainly expounds the proposal of investigation questions, and generally does not exceed 1/3 of the full text.

2. The survey object and method mainly explain the purpose, object, method, organization and work completion of the survey.

3. Conclusion and analysis is to discuss the viewpoints (problems) one by one according to the opinions put forward or conclusions drawn after investigation and study, and clarify the relationship between them. Don't just pile up investigation materials, there is no distinction between primary and secondary, and there is no author's own analysis and opinion.

4. Opinions and suggestions are an important part of the research report. The ultimate goal of investigation is to solve practical problems. On the basis of understanding the situation and mastering the law through investigation, putting forward opinions and suggestions to solve problems can not only provide basis and space for decision makers, but also lay the foundation for future generations to further study and solve problems.

Third, the writing of graduation design report

The graduation design report should briefly write out the whole design scheme and ideas, the position of my task in the whole scheme, the development of my part at home and abroad, what methods to adopt in this design, my experience and suggestions for improvement through design work. The main components of graduation design are the same as scientific experiment papers, but the main body of graduation design papers generally includes preface, design scheme evaluation, design method, design results, discussion and so on. These include:

1. The preface should indicate the origin of the design task, design standards and task requirements, undertaking units, division of labor, tasks undertaken by students themselves and their completion, etc. The preface should not exceed 0/3 of the full text of 65438+.

2. Generally, there are several design schemes to compare and evaluate the preferred scheme. It is necessary to evaluate the project investment, construction period, economic benefits and environmental impact after commissioning.

3. The design method mainly expounds how the task I undertake is designed, and whether there are new ideas or breakthroughs in technical methods.

4. The design result is to explain the overall result and part of the results and evaluation of the results undertaken by oneself.

5. Discussion is to discuss the problems or difficulties in design and new improvements, so as to further discuss and solve the problems.

Fourth, others.

1. Word requirements

Scientific experimental papers and graduation projects are generally not less than 5000 words, and research reports are generally not less than 7000 words. All majors should make practical regulations.

2. Printing requirements

All papers are printed with A4(2 10 mm×297 mm) standard size white paper, and bound (left bound) into a book. The margins of the page are 2.5 cm above, 2 cm below, 2.5 cm on the left and 2 cm on the right. The page number is located at the bottom (footer) of the page, aligned in the center, and displayed on the first page. The title of the paper uses the number three in bold, the number four in italics for abstracts and keywords, and the number four in Song Dynasty for content. The line spacing is 1.5 times, and the character spacing is standard.

3. Instructions for the use of measuring units
