How should young college students seize the new opportunities brought by industrial transfer?
At present, China is entering the development period of industrial transfer in the eastern, central and western regions. Since 2000, the industrial transfer from the eastern coastal areas to the central and western regions has shown the following five trends: first, the scale of industrial transfer is getting bigger and bigger; Second, the transferred industries are mainly processing and manufacturing industries, especially labor-intensive processing industries. Third, the trend of upstream industry transfer with strong dependence on resources and energy is obvious; Fourth, the tourists are relatively concentrated, mostly from the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, Fujian Triangle and other places; Fifth, the central and western provinces adjacent to the eastern region and with good traffic conditions have obvious advantages in attracting industrial transfer. In the coming period, the trend of industrial transfer between the east and the west will continue to strengthen and present new characteristics: first, the level of industrial transfer will gradually improve; Second, industrial transfer has changed from a single project, a single enterprise and a single industry to an overall transfer including industries; Third, the leading role of industrial transfer has changed, from government-led to enterprise-led; Fourth, the central and western regions are facing greater challenges in undertaking industrial transfer.

First of all, the employment of college students presents new characteristics under the background of industrial transfer.

(A) from the traditional manufacturing industry to the tertiary industry.

More human capital flows to the tertiary industry. The tertiary industry is the main channel to attract a large number of higher education employees.

(2) transfer from the eastern region to the central and western regions.

Due to the objective existence of differences between the eastern and western regions and the influence of the open policy, the eastern coastal cities have more development opportunities. However, after nearly two decades of rapid development, the talent market in the eastern coastal cities has gradually become saturated, and the regional employment pressure has obviously intensified. However, in the face of this situation, there are still quite a few graduates who are unwilling to go to the western provinces and work at the grassroots level.

(C) from the white-collar class to the blue-collar class transfer

Most graduates tend to be institutions or large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises after graduation, but the talents that institutions and state-owned enterprises can absorb are limited after all and cannot provide enough jobs for the society. On the contrary, private foreign-funded enterprises have a strong demand for blue-collar technical talents. Facing the severe employment situation, college students should not position themselves too high-end, actively work in private small and medium-sized enterprises, start from the bottom positions and gradually find jobs that suit them.

1. External causes of college students' employment difficulties

(1) The influence of industrial structure. A fundamental constraint on the employment of college students in China is the adjustment of industrial structure. China's manufacturing industry is in the stage of simple introduction, undertaking and replication, especially the development of high-end industries is seriously insufficient, so it is difficult to continuously attract more high-end talents and maintain the sustainable development of enterprises. The future development direction of the enterprise puts forward high requirements for the comprehensive quality of college students, thus raising the threshold of college students' employment, which has also become one of the reasons for the difficulty of college students' employment.

(2) The influence of regional structure. The dual structure of urban and rural areas in China and the regional differences between the east and the west make college students tend to gather in the east rather than the middle and west.

2. The internal causes of college students' employment difficulties:

(1) lacks a solid professional foundation.

(2) Lack of practical ability and innovative thinking.

(3) Lack of good adaptability.

Second, the ideas and countermeasures of college students' employment under the situation of industrial transfer

Student: We should adjust our ideas and improve our quality.

1, focusing on professional learning. Study during college is an important foundation for students to go to work. According to the questionnaire survey released by Hubei University of Technology, 65% of the graduates think that mastering their professional knowledge is the first priority for enterprises in the process of job hunting. Therefore, the corresponding skills are the capital for college students to enter the professional field.

2, improve the comprehensive ability. Although learning and professional knowledge are very important, the society needs compound talents, and EQ and adversity quotient are highly valued in the profession. Therefore, college students need to master other comprehensive abilities. College students have to study for several years before they can truly become independent and mature and enter the workplace with a good image.

Young college students should grow up with enterprises, especially in the first five years, and should not work for money, because these five years are the best time to cultivate themselves. At present, there is no money, no experience, no experience, no social relations, which are not terrible, but no dreams and ideas are the most terrible.

Whether it is traditional industries or industrial transfer, these are inseparable from talents. Young college students should be most concerned about how to become the talents needed by enterprises, because even if there are new opportunities in industrial transfer, they will only be seized by people with rich experience and ideas in a certain line. The younger generation of college students are full of vigor and vitality, so it is good to have the will to build the motherland. But then again, what have we really learned from college life in the past few years? What did the university teach us? Personally, I think it is not the most important to teach you a skill in college. A good university should teach you how to study, how to sum up learning methods from life, and develop good study habits, because four years of study in university is too short compared with a person's life, and we still have a lot to learn after graduation.

Therefore, young college students should re-examine themselves after entering the enterprise. The key is to know your own strengths and preferences. Dreams and interests will last for a long time. They must link their hobbies with the growth of enterprises, and constantly improve their skills and knowledge with a purpose and direction. Only in this way can we seize new opportunities when they come.

In short, an incompetent person can't catch the opportunity even if it comes. What's more, everything should be viewed from two aspects. For some of you, it is an opportunity, for others, it may be a crisis, and success or failure is often between a line.
