1. The basic situation of contemporary college students' interest view
Under the condition of socialist market economy, with the deepening of reform and opening up, people's interests have undergone major adjustments and changes. The original balance of economic interests has been broken, and economic interests are increasingly divided; Different interest groups have diversified and complicated needs and ways to obtain benefits; The interest gap and contradiction are clear; People's concept of interests has changed from weak to strong, and their concern for interests has greatly increased; While calmly facing the issue of interests, people's concepts and values have also undergone profound changes. As an active and special interest group in society, contemporary college students feel this kind of breath and change all the time, and also face various interest problems. In order to understand the attitude of contemporary college students to interest issues and the way to deal with conflicts of interest, and then carry out ideological and political education more pertinently, we conducted a survey of college students in Henan Province by questionnaire. Through investigation and analysis, the interest view of contemporary college students can be summarized as the following aspects.
(1) Willing to contribute, with a growing sense of social responsibility, but not denying the pursuit of personal interests. Contemporary college students care about national destiny, social development, national rejuvenation and national prosperity, and major economic, political and social issues at home and abroad, showing strong patriotic feelings and a high sense of social responsibility of loving the motherland, caring for the collective and being willing to contribute; At the same time, contemporary college students do not shy away from the pursuit of personal interests. They do not blindly give up their own interests and obey the interests of the state and the collective, but pay attention to the parallel of dedication and demand.
(2) Pay attention to the realization of personal ideals and personal values, and have a strong sense of economic benefits. Contemporary college students generally emphasize the publicity of personality and the realization of self-worth, and have strong demand and motivation for self-development, as well as the desire for self-expression and success. Therefore, most of his students believe in the concepts of self-affirmation, self-choice, self-design, self-struggle, self-development and self-realization, and pay attention to the realization of personal ideals and personal values. For example, most college students who join various school associations and run for class cadres think that doing so can express themselves, exercise themselves, accumulate experience and consider their future employment and development. For another example, their first choice of employment criteria is not only to develop their own potential, but also to include income, social status and working environment. All these reflect the value orientation of contemporary college students in attaching importance to reality, paying attention to practical results and pursuing the harmony and unity of self-value and social value.
(3) Individualism, hedonism and money worship still have a market. It is the mainstream that contemporary college students can actively face various conflicts of interest and rationally treat various temptations of interest. However, under the impact of market economy, individualism, hedonism and money worship also occupy a certain market. Some college students' awareness of correctly handling the relationship between individual, collective and national interests is still relatively indifferent, and individualism and short-sightedness are serious. They simply pursue material enjoyment, ignore the improvement of spiritual realm and only pay attention to money. For example, when asked if they agree with the view that "there are people who eat, drink and get drunk today", nearly 1/3 of the students still choose "yes" or "whatever"; In real life, some students treat guests and give gifts for elections, some students become "gunmen" for money, and some students bargain for prices and pay for everything. The starting point of these students' thoughts and behaviors overemphasizes practical effects and personal interests, and regards individualism, hedonism and money worship as the main goals of life pursuit. Although these are only a few, it also shows that the value orientation shown by these students is worrying and not optimistic. At the same time, the negative impact can not be ignored.
2. Analysis of the reasons for the trend of contemporary college students' interest view
(1) The living environment of contemporary college students has changed. Contemporary college students are all born after 80s. They grew up with the deepening of reform and development and the in-depth development of socialist market economy. They are deeply impressed by the diversity of economic components and interests, the diversity of social life style and the diversity of social organization forms, which brings the diversity of people's ideological understanding, values and ways of thinking. On the one hand, with the reform of the university system, the interests of enrollment, employment and social development are more closely linked with their own interests, which directly or indirectly reflects the requirements of stakeholders in the market economy for talents, making contemporary college students pay attention to the pursuit of interests, both in learning purposes and in the orientation of becoming talents. The competition law of market economy makes contemporary college students realize that only through personal efforts, constantly expanding knowledge reserves and improving practical ability can they obtain competitive capital and realize personal interests. On the other hand, market economy, as a "double-edged sword", not only provides a broad development space for contemporary college students, but also brings some negative effects. Under the condition of market economy, interest-driven has become the main incentive means and is widely used. Therefore, it is inevitable that some college students show some phenomena in varying degrees, such as lack of honesty, forgetting the righteousness before the interests, being mercenary, paying attention to "material interests", being keen on "utility", and even taking "practicality" as the standard of learning knowledge, as well as distorted value orientation and lack of social responsibility.
(2) Traditional ideological and political education is difficult to adapt to new changes. Under the traditional planned economy system, a prominent feature of ideological and political education is to guide people to fight for common interests, advocate selfless values, and put public and private in the first place. On the one hand, individual interests are extremely weakened, on the other hand, collective interests and overall interests are extremely strengthened; On the one hand, the principle of material interests is weakened as the basic principle of ideological and political work, on the other hand, it is the so-called "spiritual encouragement" principle. Therefore, people's interest desire, which is the embodiment of people's inner essence, is distorted, and people's true will is obscured. The positive significance of real interests to ideological and political education can only be turned into nothingness on the premise of lack of legitimacy. With the establishment and continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system, people's lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes, people's needs have become more and more prominent and rich, and the issue of interests has become an important topic in people's daily life. In particular, contemporary college students pay attention to the realization of self-worth, the promotion of subjective consciousness and the improvement of personal ability, and actively adapt to the needs of social development. They prefer to express themselves in a competitive environment, realize themselves, embody their own values and constantly pursue their own interests. Therefore, we can't simply adopt indoctrination and persuasion education to instill the values of "selfless dedication" and "self-sacrifice" into people, while ignoring people's own interests and needs.
3. Countermeasures for contemporary college students to establish a scientific interest view.
Guiding contemporary college students to establish a scientific concept of interests is not only theoretical persuasion, but also practical action. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should proceed from the actual interests of contemporary college students, strive to solve their practical problems, stimulate their enthusiasm, guide them to care about the interests of the country and the people, and properly pursue personal interests, so as to integrate the realization of personal life value into socialist modernization.
