According to the latest provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Bachelor's Degree Awarding in the Open University of China (Trial) issued on 20 16, the grade requirement for degree awarding in RTVU is changed to an average score of 75 or above in compulsory courses.

I. Positive conditions

According to Article 4 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Awarding of Bachelor's Degree in The Open University of China (Trial), eligible undergraduate graduates who meet the graduation requirements stipulated in the teaching plan and meet the following academic requirements after examination may be awarded a bachelor's degree:

The average score of compulsory courses is above 75;

2. Good academic papers (or 80 points) and above;

3. Pass any of the following foreign language tests with qualified scores:

(1) National Open University Bachelor's Degree English Test;

(2) Adult undergraduate English test;

(3) English level 3 or above;

(4) CET-4 (including other languages) (425 or above).

Second, the reverse condition.

Article 5 A bachelor's degree shall not be awarded under any of the following circumstances:

1. Have been placed on probation at school and above disciplinary action, or have been punished for violating the law during school;

2. There are serious violations of academic integrity such as cheating in exams and copying other people's achievements during reading.
