2. 1 Authentic manuscripts should be scientific, authentic, advanced and practical, with clear arguments, outstanding viewpoints, reliable data and concise words. The paper submitted is the author's research work and research results. Except for the special notes and thanks in the paper, the paper does not contain the research results published or written by others. Any contribution of the comrades who work with the author to this research should be reflected in the ranking of the authors. There are no intellectual property disputes in the paper, and no more than one manuscript; The paper conforms to the relevant national confidentiality regulations; This paper does not infringe the copyright of any third party. At the same time, the author should promise not to publish the article in other journals before the editorial department of Journal of Immunology informs the author to modify, hire or reject the manuscript after submission. If there are animal experiments in the paper, the author should be clear about the animal protection law and should not cause too much pain to animals in the experiment. When taking human as the research object, it should be explained whether it meets the ethical requirements and whether it has the approval of the ethics Committee, and provide the standard documents of the Committee and the informed consent of the subjects.

3. 1 Essays on stylistic design generally do not exceed 5,000 words (including the positions occupied by Chinese and English charts, references and abstracts); Summaries and lectures shall not exceed 4,000 words (including references, charts and abstracts); Short stories are within 2000 words.

3.2 The title of the topic should be concise and to the point, and the theme should be prominent. Chinese titles generally do not exceed 20 words. English topics should not exceed 10 notional words. Chinese and English titles have the same meaning. There are no foreign abbreviations, symbols and formulas that are not widely known and recognized in this discipline; There are generally no subtitles.

3.3 The names of the signed authors are placed under the title of the article, and the names of all authors are listed according to their contributions to the article. The ranking should be determined at the time of submission and should not be changed during the ranking process. The name of the author's unit is specific to the department. The authors should be: ① researchers who participate in the selection of topics and the design and formulation of research schemes, and directly participate in all or most of the research; (2) Drafting or writing a thesis; (3) Participate in the revision of the article, and be able to reply academically. 3.4 The abstract manuscript must be accompanied by an abstract in Chinese and English, and the meanings of the two languages should be consistent; Chinese abstract (250 ~ 400 words, short story abstract not exceeding 200 words) consists of four parts: purpose, method, result and conclusion, that is, structure. English abstract is a narrative, the background and purpose of the experiment (1-2 sentences), what methods were used, what experiments were done, what results were obtained, what conclusions can be drawn from these results, and so on. In addition to the English abstract, the manuscript should also include English title, author's signature, unit and keywords.

3.5 keywords keywords should be 3 ~ 5, and Chinese and English are consistent, and words are separated by semicolons. Capitalize the first word of each English keyword. Abbreviations are used as little as possible in this article. Well-known abbreviations can be used directly without comments, such as DNA, RNA, HBsAg, PCR, etc. At 1, an abbreviation was not recognized. Please write your full name in both Chinese and English, with abbreviations in brackets. For example: Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Don't use abbreviations for nouns with no more than 4 Chinese characters, so as not to affect the readability of the paper. Don't open the western abbreviations and change careers. 3.6 The introduction briefly summarizes the research purpose, experimental basis and main methods of this paper.

3.7 Materials and methods shall indicate the name, source, specification and batch number of the materials, and methods mainly describe the methods created or improved by the author; Refer to other people's words, just indicate the source, no need to elaborate.

3.8 The results only show the results related to the purpose of this paper, which must be true and credible; If you can make it clear in words, try not to use charts. The result part should not participate in the discussion (except the merger of the result and the discussion).

3.9 Discuss the rediscovery and the conclusions drawn from it, compare the conclusions with other people's related theories, point out its progress, and look forward to its prospects; If necessary, a brief literature review can be made, but digression should be avoided.

3. 10 chart

1 map. The picture follows the text. Drawings shall have sequence, title and illustrations in Chinese and English; Photos require clarity and contrast above 300dpi. Immunohistochemical photos should indicate the staining method and magnification. Electron microscope photos should be marked with scale in the drawing.
