Paper sampling is a measure taken by the Ministry of Education to prevent plagiarism and write papers on behalf of others and improve the quality of college graduates' papers. Random sampling of papers is sent anonymously to the judging experts, and students will not be informed of the sampled papers unless random sampling finds problems.
