Technical action and teaching paper of basketball turning and dribbling

No matter in study or work, everyone must have been exposed to papers. A thesis is an article for us to study a problem in depth. Do you know how to write a good paper? The following are the technical movements and teaching papers of basketball turning and dribbling for your reference, hoping to help friends in need.

Paper Keywords: turn dribbling technology principle teaching

Through consulting a lot of literature and practical observation, this paper makes theoretical analysis, and combining with interviews with experts and professors, analyzes the dribbling and turning technique by using the principle of sports biomechanics, and puts forward the action methods and technical details that should be paid attention to when completing the action. Then, by using the technique of turning dribbling and inducing exercises in teaching, I hope to speed up students' mastery of the technique and strengthen their understanding of the technique of turning dribbling, which will play a positive role in basketball teaching.

With the extensive and in-depth development of basketball, the requirements for offensive and defensive techniques are getting higher and higher, and the appreciation and popularization have been greatly improved. In basketball teaching, how to use reasonable skills and tactics to improve the level of basketball is the difficulty and focus of basketball teaching at present, and the turning and dribbling technique is the most basic and used technique in basketball teaching. The author makes a technical analysis in this regard in order to help basketball lovers and beginners.

First, the characteristics of basketball turning and changing technical movements

(A) imperceptible

It is dangerous and difficult to dribble in front of the attacker when he is holding the ball and facing the opponent's tight defense, but when he turns around and dribbles in different directions, the ball stays away from the defender because the ball is protected by the body itself and is close to the body during the turn. In the normal defensive posture, the defender's hand is not easy to touch the basketball. If you lean forward too much and grab the ball with your hand, you may lose your center of gravity and be easily broken by the attacker, so that the defender will not dare to move and the attacker can better protect the ball.

(B) the illusion of aggression

Because the arm control space is large when turning, the dribbling technique changes greatly, and the ball stays in the hand for a long time when the fingers and wrists are turned over, we can make full use of semi-turning or diving to deceive the defender and create the illusion. A slight change of direction and dribbling by the attacker may make the defender lose his center of gravity. If the defender does not move, the attacker will seize the opportunity to speed up the breakthrough. If the defender steals the ball uses his own judgment, the attacker can change his intention according to the other side's reaction.

(3) sudden start

In the application of this technology, there is a lot of physical contact between offensive and defensive players. When the attacker catches the ball with his back to the basket in the restricted area, this technique can quickly turn around and get rid of the defender, which often leads to a big position difference and can form an effective shooting opportunity. Or push the defender behind him, then shoot, or hold the ball with both hands to make an emergency stop jump shot and other technical actions.

Second, the technical principle analysis

Judging from the action effect and action principle of this technology, it mainly includes "turning speed, turning stride and body confrontation", which are closely related. "The movement of the human body is a process of interaction between internal and external forces. Many actions of the human body are the interaction between internal forces and the surrounding environment, which produces different external forces and then reacts on the human body. Among the internal and external forces acting on human movement, human muscles play a leading role. The human body can not only generate different external forces through the action of different muscles and the conditions provided by the environment, but also rely on the internal forces generated by muscle contraction to adapt people to the external environment and overcome the adverse effects of external forces on the human body. After dribbling, you need to turn around quickly to get rid of the defense while maintaining stability.

(A) Biomechanical analysis of turning speed

When turning, the human body turns with the front foot as the support point, and the turning time is t=2∏R/W, so to improve the turning speed, the ground perimeter of the center foot can be reduced, and the toes can face themselves appropriately in advance (assuming that the defender is at 12 position, the toes can point to 8-9 places). After your feet touch the ground, you should quickly move closer to the center foot.

Under the condition of fixed rotation perimeter and rotation radius R, according to t=2∏R/W and W=V/R, the way to speed up turning is to increase V. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the flexibility of hip joint rotation and hip strength to speed up V. The key to speed up after turning is to make the first step big and fast, which is the first condition to get rid of defense. According to S=vt, V=v0+at, a=F/m, f depends on the force generated by the forefoot of the center foot when it touches the ground after turning (the reaction force of the ground to the human body) and the angle between the center foot and the horizontal plane. Therefore, it is not difficult for us to conclude that the first step of accelerating after turning is to increase the stride length: First, increase the strength of lower limbs. The other is to keep the center of gravity low and stable (the projection point of the center of gravity should not deviate too far near the support point).

(B) the rationality of physical confrontation

Technical action factors that easily lead to offensive fouls;

First of all, when stepping on the side, the main force of moving the foot to the ground is too large or the braking force of the center foot is too small, which leads to the body rushing forward and hitting people with the ball before the body turns around. Secondly, when turning too hard or too early, it is easy to lose control of the body's center of gravity and hit the opposing defender. Even physical injuries to defenders occur from time to time. The important reason for this situation is that the center of gravity rises too early. The center foot is pushed up in advance. Finally, when the acceleration fails after completing the turn, some players are prone to the mistake of grabbing and elbowing the defender with their hands.

(3) Factors causing defensive fouls: (that is, factors affecting the ideal offensive effect)

Since ancient times, "The Art of War" has stated that "know yourself and know yourself, and you will win every battle." The meaning is clear, that is, knowing your opponent is the key to winning. Therefore, in order to achieve the best offensive effect, we must make clear the situation and form of defense, whether it is strength or speed, and whether our physical fitness level is strength or flexibility in turning. First of all, if you want to win by strength, the key is the power control ability when the center foot brakes. When the defender fully defends, the braking force is small to ensure the need of confrontation; When the defender suddenly recovers his strength through "fake action", he should suddenly brake hard to prevent examples or fouls. Secondly, to win by speed, if the defender's center of gravity is biased towards the other side or the defender has strength but slow speed, increase the F resultant force and increase the landing force of the main moving foot; Reduce the braking of the center foot (the moment of turning); Reduce the circumference of rotation and change the direction of toes in advance; Reduce the rotation radius r, the elbow joint should be slightly adducted if it can't stand up, bend your knees quickly and rotate to the central foot; Increase the rotation speed v, and increase the flexibility and speed of hip rotation. In the process of technology delivery, there are many physical contact points between the offensive and defensive sides. When the attacking center catches the ball from the waist to the basket in the restricted area, he can quickly turn back and get rid of the defensive players by using the pointing technology, which often leads to a big position difference and can form effective shooting and passing opportunities.

Third, the application of turning and dribbling technology (introduce two kinds)

(A) Turn dribbling technology to change the breakthrough direction

The attacker is in a 45-degree fan angle on the left, and dribbles the ball to the side of the penalty area with his right hand. Lift the protective ball properly with the left arm. When the defender chased after the defense, the attacker lowered his center of gravity to adjust his pace, broke through in the restricted area, and induced the defender's center of gravity to move to the left. At the same time, the attacker should take a big step from the defender's left rear when the bat hits the ground, and move his body center of gravity backwards. The left hand quickly controls the top left of the ball to approach the basket in time, and at the same time supports the foot with the right foot as the center. The left foot turns quickly with the inside of the forefoot to make the body face the basket, and the right shoulder leans forward and pushes the defender behind. Then take reasonable shooting actions to complete the layup and attack, such as layup with left hand and low hand or holding the ball with both hands to stop the jump shot. If a defender assists to make up the defense, raise your left foot to the front of your right foot, and raise your right hand to hook the layup or pass the ball.

(b) Break through the dribble and then turn around and shoot.

When the attacking center holds the ball around his waist in the restricted area and faces the basket, the defenders are usually nervous. A slight change or movement of the attacking player will cause the defensive side to stop voluntarily. According to the psychology of defenders, attackers should fully seize the opportunity of active attack, and at this time, they should lower their center of gravity and keep an appropriate distance from their opponents. (Left breakthrough) Make a breakthrough feint with your right foot and take a step forward. Dribble at the same time, follow up with your left foot in time, move between the defenders' feet, turn around quickly with your left foot as the axis, accelerate the movement, and get rid of the defenders' shots. At this time, defenders are mostly thrown away. This kind of action requires the attacker's actions to be coordinated, flexible and rapid.

Fourth, turn around and dribble to change the teaching of technical movements.

In order to make students master the technique of turning and dribbling in limited teaching hours, we must reform the traditional teaching methods in order to find a way to master the technique as soon as possible. We use induction exercises to teach the technique of turning and dribbling. In traditional teaching, all kinds of dribbling techniques are completed by a new lesson and a repeated lesson. The teaching hours of all textbooks are about 90 minutes. The new method is divided into three stages according to the law of students' mastering actions: spherical stage, primary stage and consolidation stage. The time of induction exercises in different stages is different.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) conclusion and suggestion

The technique of turning around and breaking through after dribbling in basketball is a highly technical action, which requires not only good explosive power and dribbling ability, but also good coordination and sensitivity when completing the action. Through the coordination of speed and strength with muscles in all parts of the body, the movement can be completed smoothly and quickly, so as to get rid of defense and attack. In the application process, we should have a deep understanding of the details, essentials and links of the movements and practice the movements more. Beginners should first practice decomposing movements more, think more about the essentials of movements during rest, and use appearances to establish action stereotypes. In the decomposition exercise, such as pulling the ball by hand, grinding the ground of the forefoot of the central foot, and moving the foot to the central foot quickly, we should carefully understand it, and finally practice the technical movements completely under the low center of gravity to achieve the purpose of proficiency. Due to the limited level of the author, I hope my peers can correct me.
