At this stage, the writing of pen, brush and chalk is included in the syllabus as a basic compulsory course, and teachers and students are encouraged to write neat and beautiful three-stroke characters, which is linked to academic performance. Teachers and normal colleges attach importance to calligraphy training, which is more exemplary. In primary and secondary schools, it should be stipulated that computer-printed homework should not be accepted; In universities, college students and graduate students should also be encouraged to submit handwritten and electronic texts at the same time when doing homework or articles, so as to reduce the excessive dependence on computers. As an office appliance, computers are indispensable in today's era, and as an auxiliary tool for learning, using computers has advantages and disadvantages. Primary and middle school students in China are under great pressure and weak in self-discipline. Once they have a computer, it is usually not used to assist learning, but to become a tool for indulging in games. Even as a learning tool, because computer input is more convenient and faster than handwriting, it will rely on computers to give up handwriting, resulting in forgetting words, and even use computers to copy other people's compositions from the Internet, thus developing the bad habit of plagiarism from childhood. Therefore, even if the economy is developed, families and schools are rich, it is not advisable to popularize or use computers for a long time among primary and secondary school students, because it will not promote learning, but will delay learning. To equip primary and secondary school students with computers, personal computers are not advocated, and they should be uniformly equipped by the school laboratory, and they should be used reasonably when conditions permit. There should also be moderate control over children's use of home computers. The current stylus software generally has the problems of slow recognition response and low recognition rate, and it is also equipped with a tablet, so few people use it.
