Requirements for Law Elective Courses in Peking University
Take graduate students as an example:

First, graduate students should choose courses according to the requirements of their respective teaching and training plans and complete the prescribed courses and credits;

Two, master of laws (illegal) graduate students in the first academic year mainly arrange graduate public courses and compulsory courses of legal basis, the first academic year can not choose advanced courses;

3. The total credit limit of postgraduate elective courses is 25 credits per semester;

Four, master students to participate in the exchange program abroad, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Peking University and the law school on the exchange abroad, apply for courses and credit conversion;

Five, master students at the beginning of the graduation semester graduation audit, according to the provisions of the completion of teaching and training plan, before graduation. In principle, no more credits can be taken in the graduation semester. Only those who have completed the course credits stipulated in the teaching and training plan can apply for submitting graduation (degree) thesis and participate in the defense of degree thesis according to the prescribed procedures.
