Before the induced draft fan is put into operation, a dust removal device with a collection efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust concentration in the flue gas entering the fan, which not only reduces the environmental pollution caused by the smoke, but also reduces the wear and tear on the fan, thus improving the service life of the fan.
2. Form:

2) The fan can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, and drive the fan from the front to the top. If clockwise rotation means that the impeller fan rotates clockwise, it means clockwise rotation; The impeller rotates counterclockwise, which means that the fan rotates counterclockwise.
3) The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet angle. Rotate the fan clockwise, and rotate the fan counterclockwise to make six angles of 0, 45, 90,135,180 and 225.
3. Structural features:
It consists of impeller fan, casing, air inlet, transmission set, door adjustment and other parts.
1) The material of the impeller is Q345 (16Mn), which is the length stage of the blade before bending. The formed impeller is corrected by static balance and dynamic balance, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
2) The whole chassis is welded into a snail shell shape with steel plates. The cleaning door on the snail's car is open. It is convenient to remove the leaves and dirt in the cabinet to ensure the smoothness and qigong performance of the impeller.
3) Make the closing of the water inlet into a streamlined integral structure with bolts and fix it with a fixing plate.
4) The transmission is composed of spindle, water-cooled bearing box and coupling. ; The spindle is made of high quality steel. The use of rolling bearings has two forms: integral and partial.
№ 4 ~ № 6.3 adopts integrated bearing box; № 7. 1 ~ № 16 uses a certain type of bearing housing. The bearing box should be divided into two cooling waters. Water consumption varies with working temperature and ambient temperature, and is generally considered as 0.5 ~1m3/h.
The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. The lubricating oil in the bearing is lost in the whole system-L-AN46 is used for the shaft, and oil is added according to the requirements of the oil level mark.
5) Adjusting the blower door is a device used to adjust the flow. Adjust it to petal-shaped door leaf, and install the axial air inlet in front. Due to the external driving structure, the rotation is flexible. The adjustment range is from 90 (fully closed) to 0 (fully closed). Adjust the position of the door panel, and when viewed from the direction of the air inlet, push the right side panel of the fan from bottom to top to approach all directions; The left rotating fan is close to the full open direction from the pull-down plate as a whole. In order to adjust the normal operation of the door, all parts must be well lubricated, and the grease should be high temperature (260℃) expansive soil resin, so as to keep the fan lubricated when it runs at high temperature.
4. Selection and application of performance
1) Based on the air volume and total pressure required by the design and use unit, the number of selected suction fans shall be determined in terms of performance. The specific performance and distribution shall be selected from the list of used motors, or other types of motors may be selected, but the power and speed shall be appropriate, and shall be indicated when ordering.
2) The performance table shall be subject to the performance table attached when ordering.
3) The total pressure value of qualified performance of finished fan products under rated flow rate shall not exceed 6%.
4) Selection table of performance table № 4 ~ 6.3 is calculated by gas temperature t = 220 C, atmospheric pressure 200 C, Pa = 10 1325Pa, gas density ρ = 0.7 13Kg/m3 and flue gas medium 0.745Kg/m3. № 7. The gas temperature above1is calculated by t = 200 C, 175 C, atmospheric pressure PA =10/0/325pa, gas density ρ = 0.745Kg/m3, and flue gas medium 0.784Kg/ m3. The selection and performance table of fan belt damper curve and performance curve refer to the parameters when the door is fully opened (0 C).
5) If the fan does not conform to the service conditions under the given conditions, its performance should be converted into relevant formulas.
