The new life style and life style constructed in the network era have a wide and profound impact on college students' ideological and political concepts, value orientation, moral judgment, cultural concepts and many other aspects. The rise and development of network culture is accelerating the change of college students' mentality and affecting their cognition, emotion and behavior. The negative influence of network culture has attracted more and more attention from the society. Therefore, we should make full use of network resources and put forward some suggestions on the behavior education and management of college students in the network era, so as to achieve the purpose of correct guidance and make college students grow up healthily.
First, the negative impact of network culture on college students
The network is an open world, and the information on the network is mixed, especially in the case that the current network legislation and supervision are not perfect enough, reactionary and pornographic information can be seen everywhere on the network. College students are in a critical period of forming their world outlook, values and outlook on life. If we can't provide them with a healthy, positive and safe network environment, it will easily lead them to lack the ability of distinguishing right from wrong, self-control and choice, and it will be difficult to resist the erosion of all kinds of bad information on the Internet, which will easily be adversely affected unconsciously, resulting in uncivilized network phenomena and even cyber crimes.
First, the diversity of the network makes all kinds of ideas and values appear in the network.
The network can communicate without barriers outside the area. It is not only a distribution center for information, but also a garbage dump. All kinds of legal information and illegal information, useful information and junk information are mixed among them, resulting in the phenomenon of "information pollution" in the network. In the network age, with the agitation of various thoughts, the influence of various ideologies and the integration of various cultures, the thoughts of college students' netizens are facing the all-round infiltration and unprecedented impact of western ideology. Western developed countries, led by the United States, have basically mastered the key technologies of network information, and the network is becoming a basic tool to instill western values. As a "emerging country" in technology, it is very urgent and arduous for China to safeguard the educational sovereignty and the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field in the network information and prevent hostile forces from "westernizing" and "dividing" me. [1] The spread of junk culture in the network will lead to the value conflict of college students, make their value orientation diversified, and then the moral consciousness of college students will gradually weaken.
Second, the openness of the network makes it easy to ignore the actual rules and constraints.
Network is a free space without some coercive heteronomy factors, and it is a virtual society. Under the network environment, the lack of supervision by public opinion and realistic normative constraints makes the role of heteronomy decline and easily leads to moral behavior out of control. The online world does not have the same rules and regulations as the real world, and its openness makes it easy for them to ignore the social norms and moral binding force in real life, so violations frequently appear. Many uncivilized phenomena on the internet are increasing. Some college students have poor self-discipline in network morality, anonymously disclose and publicize others' privacy, attack and insult others' personality, causing serious mental harm to others and adversely affecting their own reputation. Network hackers not only pose a great threat to network information and network security, but also seriously interfere with the normal order of network society and even endanger the real society.
Thirdly, the virtuality of the network affects the physical and mental health of college students.
The Internet has triggered the virtual social behavior of college students. The virtual nature of the network makes a considerable number of college students more willing to communicate with netizens, but college students have expanded the social communication scope of the virtual world and narrowed the communication scope of the real world. They sit in front of the computer all day, roaming in the online world, slowly divorced from the real society, becoming increasingly withdrawn, deepening the emotional barrier with classmates, teachers, relatives and friends. [2] This makes them try their best to avoid realistic interpersonal relationships and isolate themselves from the real society, which is not conducive to cultivating cooperative consciousness and team spirit, leading to the gradual weakening of independent creativity and social practice ability; Many college students are addicted to the virtual world and associate with symbolic objects, which enhances loneliness and depression, forms self-enclosed psychology and leads to psychological distortion, which is not conducive to the healthy growth of college students. Second, measures to deal with the negative impact of network culture
Contemporary college students are the leaders of the times and the carriers of the future of the motherland. As the group with the most extensive network influence, they are increasingly playing the role of pioneers in network culture. The influence of network culture on college students' thoughts is multi-level, multi-angle and multi-faceted. We must face the challenge, actively respond, take the initiative to intervene, take effective measures to control the negative impact of network culture on college students, and create a good network culture atmosphere.
First, strengthen the legal, regulatory and moral construction of the network.
It is necessary to strengthen network legislation and quickly improve the computer network management and law enforcement capabilities of judicial personnel. Up to now, China has promulgated Internet-related laws and regulations, including Interim Measures for the Administration of International Networking of Computer Information Networks in People's Republic of China (PRC), Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Internet Domain Name Registration in China, and Administrative Measures for the Security Protection of International Networking of Computer Information Networks. China's relevant departments should also learn from the experience of foreign countries in network moral construction, and combine the spirit of China's "Implementation Outline of Citizen Moral Construction" to formulate more scientific and operable network moral requirements, so that colleges and universities can educate college students on network morality and correctly guide their network behavior.
Second, strengthen the network moral education of college students.
To strengthen college students' network moral education, we should implement moral education methods based on identification and combining identification with indoctrination according to the current situation of college students' network morality. [3] The combination of management and education, self-discipline and heteronomy unifies college students' network freedom and self-discipline, responsibility and morality. Strengthen the education of ethics, legal awareness and safety awareness, establish and publicize a good network moral example, and cultivate students' sound personality and noble moral feelings. Make them improve their analytical ability and "immunity", enhance their political acumen and discrimination, and consciously guard against and resist the influence of bad factors in the network.
Third, strengthen the education of "cautious independence" and cultivate the spirit of self-discipline.
The morality required by the network society is a kind of autonomous morality characterized by "cautious independence". It emphasizes that individuals can abide by moral norms when they are alone, and abide by moral norms without any external supervision and control. Marx once pointed out: "The basis of morality is the self-discipline of human spirit." [4] fully embodies the importance of moral self-discipline. Because of the hidden characteristics of network behavior, people are required to be more self-disciplined and have a higher moral realm. Cyberspace is also a free and open space. College students swim in the colorful and complicated network culture, which requires them to consciously strengthen their sense of self-discipline and responsibility, and consciously and actively enhance their awareness of network morality. Therefore, independent and self-disciplined moral education is more important.
Fourth, strengthen self-cultivation education.
Self-cultivation is the internal factor of moral internalization into conscience and quality. The openness, rapidity, secrecy, extensiveness and virtuality of network information make network information pollution an inevitable and serious problem. As college students in the new era, we should set lofty life goals, arrange work and rest time reasonably, improve our personality, improve our personal communication skills and correct bad online habits. College students should strengthen self-cultivation education from their own level and improve their self-psychological adjustment ability. It is necessary to cultivate one's will quality, enhance self-restraint ability and maintain a healthy mood, thus enhancing the ability to resist the negative impact of the network environment.
