I am a primary school head teacher. With concern and love for students' mental health, I attended the third C-certificate qualification training meeting for mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools in Longwan District in July. The training invited mental health education experts from all over the country, including Zhou Hongwu, Zhong Zhinong, Xu and Pang Hongwei. The training content includes mental health and school mental health education, as well as class group consultation.
During the training, I listened to many wonderful lectures from experts. They all explained the charm of mental health with vivid examples, and made us realize that mental health education is the basic education to improve students' psychological quality through theoretical study, group discussion and self-analysis. At the same time, they also let us know that strengthening psychological education for students can reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of students' psychological problems. Through training, I also realized that the role of teachers, especially class teachers, is irreplaceable in order to improve students' quality and promote the sound development of students' personality. Therefore, during the training and study these days, I have done a good job in every class, made notes and learned the knowledge of mental health, helping my classmates to study better and live better!
Mental health training, like a cool breeze in summer, swept away my troubles, like a clear spring on the mountain, nourished my wandering mind several times, like the first ray of sunshine breaking through the fog, which made me suddenly enlightened!
Mr. Zhong Zhinong's lecture kept my eyes fixed on the big screen. His guidance to class groups is unique. His methods, skills and strategies are worth learning from. In the lecture, Mr. Zhong said that the important theme of students' development in primary school is to develop a diligent, positive and enterprising attitude towards study and life. "Make progress every day" is an innate talent. It is not difficult to find that the faces of freshmen in primary school are full of excitement, expectation and hope for a new school and a new life. In class, every child holds up his little hand and tries to answer questions. But six years later, these energetic children's faces are full of inferiority and helplessness. The fundamental reason is that there is something wrong with our school and family education. The negative comments of parents and teachers make these children feel inferior, self-deprecating and passive.
Hearing this, I can't help thinking of a student I once taught. His grades are lower in the class, and he often falls behind in his homework. He is a troublesome underachiever. I often criticize him in front of my classmates in this situation. Over time, under my strict education, his grades have dropped a lot. But a year later, I found that the children's grades rose steadily. Re-reading for one year) has been at an average level in the class, and I am very puzzled. In retrospect, I finally understand why. If I could go back in time, I would criticize less and listen more. I squatted down to listen to the child's voice and help him solve the problem together. Therefore, this counseling led me out of a misunderstanding that preaching and counseling are very different. It can be said that this training is not just for my heart.
The "progressive" step in cultivating Mr. Zhong's family study habits has also made me feel refreshed. Before that, I never realized how important it was to set the time for students to finish their homework. Children in the lower grades of primary school have no sense of time, and usually have to extend the homework completed in 40 minutes to two or three hours. This situation will lead to the habit of procrastination. It is harmful to his future study and life, but not beneficial to him. Strengthening how many minutes to finish homework and completing homework independently in a closed environment can effectively change the situation of students' procrastination in homework, and also provide a good counseling method for our front-line teachers to cultivate family study habits, which has benefited us a lot.
Although the time of this mental health training is only about 10 days, it has aroused ripples in my heart. I believe this training has given me more than just theoretical knowledge of psychology. It will have a continuity, which will affect my life, my work and my life ... accepting challenges again and again will make me more confident and comfortable!
Mental health education is still in the initial stage of study and exploration, but I believe it will definitely help me solve many difficult problems in my work. As long as we make unremitting efforts, we will surely usher in a bright future of mental health education in schools!
As it happens, the first day of the training of provincial art backbone teachers happens to be Teacher's Day. In the first class of our class, I was lucky enough to hear the mental health lecture given by Mr. Han Xuerong, a national second-level consultant. Through years of investigation and research on teachers' psychology, Mr. Han summarized and sorted out all kinds of problems and different types of cases encountered in our teachers' daily work, and analyzed and explained them for us in a simple way. From the aspects of teachers' pressure and frustration, emotion, personality, health and cognition,
Through study, I realized the importance of teachers' mental health. Teachers are the promoters of mental health education in schools. A successful teacher should not only have profound knowledge and superb teaching skills, but also have a sound personality and noble morality. Teachers' words and deeds have a great influence on students, especially junior students. In their view, teachers are wise-they know everything. Teachers' clothes, manners, manners, etc. Will have a far-reaching impact on students. A teacher with a sound personality can create a harmonious and warm atmosphere in the classroom, making students feel relaxed and happy, while a teacher with a bad personality can only create a tense or scary atmosphere in the classroom.
Through learning, I know that teachers should be good at their own psychological adjustment and health care, know themselves and see their own advantages and disadvantages; Learn to master the methods of psychological adjustment and learn to relieve psychological pressure; Adjust emotions and maintain psychological balance; Be good at choosing your own happy angle to think and deal with problems and establish good interpersonal relationships; Cultivate a variety of hobbies and cultivate sentiment. Teachers should always use the image of "winning without arrogance and losing with grace" to motivate students to pursue Excellence. In the face of setbacks and failures, teachers should be well-deserved strong, learn to reflect, gain valuable lessons from reflection, and establish new life goals and struggle goals. Only in this way can teachers devote themselves to teaching activities with positive and healthy enthusiasm.
Therefore, it is very important for teachers to learn psychological adjustment, such as "contentment", "looking at the problem from another angle", "psychological transposition" and "reasonable venting". We can't change our looks, but we can show our smiles. We can't do everything well, but we can have no regrets. "
In short, the purpose of teaching is to teach and educate people. In order to make students form a healthy psychology, teachers should constantly improve their personality and enhance their personality charm. I think these will be the motivation for me to work harder, and I will practice the experience gained in my teaching work.
