Most elevators use hydraulic power source for lifting operation. With the aging of mechanical structure, some minor faults will inevitably occur after long-term use, such as the elevator not lifting, so what is the reason? There are many reasons why the hydraulic elevator can't lift, and the common ones are:
1. If the load exceeds the rated load, reduce the load.
2. The oil return valve is not closed, which causes the hydraulic system to fail to work normally, so the oil return valve must be tightened.
3. If the filter is blocked, replace or clean the filter.
4. If the hydraulic oil is insufficient, add enough hydraulic oil to the elevator.
5. The gear pump is damaged, and the oil cannot be lifted without pressure. The gear pump of the elevator needs to be changed.
6. If the supporting valve or electromagnetic reversing valve fails to operate, it is necessary to replace it with a new supporting valve or electromagnetic reversing valve.
7, manual pump, gear pump oil leakage, serious oil leakage will lead to insufficient power, need to replace the elevator oil pump sealing ring in time.
8. The circuit is disconnected and the hydraulic system is controlled by the circuit. If the circuit is short-circuited or open-circuited, the lifting will also fail, so it is necessary to check the elevator button contactor and fuse.
9. The check valve of the manual pump is stuck and the backflow fails. This kind of failure is troublesome. The solution is: unscrew the valve bolt of the oil pump, overhaul and clean it, and replace the clean hydraulic oil.
Second, what should I do if the hydraulic lifting platform cannot be lowered?
When using hydraulic lifting platform, sometimes the lifting platform will not come down, and the solution to the problem depends on the situation:
1, down valve failure
Elimination method: When the down button is pressed, check whether there is electricity in the down valve. If there is no electricity, try to eliminate it; If there is electricity, troubleshoot the descending valve itself or replace the descending valve.
2. The deceleration control valve is out of balance.
Troubleshooting: Adjust the descending speed control valve. If the adjustment fails, a new valve needs to be replaced.
