Abstract: The level of economic development in China has been greatly improved, and there is more demand for housing construction projects, so more resources are needed. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job of energy saving in housing construction projects. This paper mainly introduces the energy-saving construction technology of building engineering. The author mainly discusses the following aspects: first, the significance and principles of energy-saving construction of residential construction projects; Second, the problems existing in energy-saving construction technology of housing construction projects; Third, specific measures to improve the energy-saving construction technology of housing construction projects.

1 Introduction

In recent years, the level of China's economic development has greatly improved, and at the same time, its international competitiveness and comprehensive discourse power have become increasingly strong, but the problem of environmental pollution has gradually intensified. China has a vast territory and abundant resources, but its per capita resources are low. Therefore, facing the double dilemma of economic construction and environmental protection, we must attach importance to the development and energy saving of new energy in economic construction. As the fastest growing industry in recent years, residential building must adhere to the application of energy-saving technology in the construction process.

2 the significance and principles of energy-saving construction of housing construction projects

China is the most populous country in the world, so there are more housing construction projects, so there are more resources available. China has a vast territory and various resources are widely distributed and rich, but it still cannot meet people's demand for resources. In addition, the founding of China was short, and some wrong explorations were made in the early stage of development, which led to a great waste of resources. Therefore, paying attention to the application of energy-saving technology in housing construction can not only save costs and improve the quality of housing construction, but also save social resources, which is in line with the development strategy of sustainable development. In addition, there are many principles that need our attention in building construction. The following author briefly introduces several of them: First, we should pay attention to the choice of energy-saving materials. Building construction is directly related to people's living environment and life experience, so it is necessary to ensure that the selected energy-saving materials are safe and pollution-free, and there will be no quality problems. Secondly, pay attention to the application of new environmental protection materials. At present, there are many emerging environmental protection materials, which will not cause environmental pollution, but also meet people's various needs. Therefore, when decorating the lamp body or roof, you can choose new environmental protection materials. Finally, the concept of energy-saving design should run through the whole process of housing design. Therefore, in the process of wastewater treatment in construction projects, it is necessary to actively introduce water resources recycling technology, collect and utilize the discharged wastewater, and then discharge or reuse it after a series of treatments, so as to effectively reduce wastewater discharge, realize resource recycling and provide guarantee for water resources utilization in construction projects.

However, the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China leads to the lack of unified regulations for builders to follow, what mode to follow, or how the specifications and standards of building materials can meet the safety standards. As a result, the energy-saving facilities used in each construction project are different, and the hidden dangers are invisible, which is not conducive to the guarantee of construction quality of construction projects.

4.2 Energy-saving design is not comprehensive enough

Although the social economy of China has been greatly improved, the differences between cities are gradually narrowing. What people feel most is that, except for the different sizes, the architectural forms of houses in different cities are similar, which reflects the deficiency of architectural design. Designers can't reflect the novelty and uniqueness of the house in the architectural appearance, and can't think comprehensively and integrally in the energy-saving design. Although China is now providing the development of energy-saving building technology, the actual situation is that the design is not comprehensive enough, which hinders the development of energy-saving building technology in housing construction projects.

4.3 All aspects of support and investment is not enough.

Energy-saving building technology is not a simple one-off, but a difficult development process. The application of mature technology needs the attention of all parties and capital investment in the early stage. However, through observation, it is found that although China should pay attention to the application of energy-saving and environmental protection materials and technologies in propaganda, there are few relevant support policies. Without government policy support, enterprises will not invest a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in the process of housing construction for scientific research and development. Enterprises are bound to be profit-seeking, and the research and development of energy-saving technologies requires a lot of capital investment, which leads to less profits for enterprises and can not attract enough attention.

The author believes that the most important content at present is to improve the legislative provisions of building energy-saving technology. The formulation of laws and regulations provides the direction for the activities of enterprises. 5.2 Improve energy-saving design and pay attention to the introduction of advanced technology.

Comparatively speaking, the achievements of foreign countries in this field are much better than those of China. The author believes that both enterprises and governments can learn from foreign advanced energy-saving building design concepts through cooperation and exchange, and better promote the development of energy-saving construction technology of residential construction projects in China. At the same time, China can also strengthen cooperation with universities, increase the research and development of energy-saving construction technologies for residential buildings, and study more advanced and excellent energy-saving technologies for the development of China's residential construction industry.

5.3 Strengthen support and investment from all sides and attach importance to the development of new energy-saving materials.

In order to promote the application of energy-saving building technology in residential construction projects, it is necessary to strengthen support and investment from all sides, mainly including two aspects: First, the government should increase support. Government policy support is the vane of enterprise development. Only when the government explicitly stipulates or introduces corresponding subsidy policies and strengthens financial or technical subsidies to the energy-saving construction industry can enterprises better engage in related research and development work. In addition, the research and development of energy-saving building technology would have cost a lot of money. If the government does not support it, enterprises will not take the initiative to carry out research and development unless they have sufficient financial support. Second, enterprises should also start from themselves and pay attention to the research and development of energy-saving technologies. The development of today's world pays more and more attention to environmental protection. Therefore, enterprises should start from themselves in order to better adapt to the increasingly fierce international competition.

6 conclusion

As an important industry in China's economic development, housing construction is also an industry with huge energy consumption, so we must pay attention to the energy-saving construction of building resources. At present, China has a certain understanding of energy problems in building construction, especially the developers of building construction have fully realized the importance of energy-saving construction. Although there are still some problems in the practice of energy-saving building technology, it will be greatly improved with the improvement of technology, which can not only improve the utilization efficiency of resources and develop new energy, but also ensure the quality of building construction projects.
