1. Import the data into the WPS table, select the data in the dotted line, select Insert in the menu bar, and select Chart to pop up the chart type box.

2. Select "line chart", select any color scheme, and finally confirm and insert the line chart.

3. Select the polyline to be the second Y axis, right click, select the source data, and the activity box will pop up.

4. Select axis-short axis, and finally confirm.

5. After completion, you can see that both sides are Y-axis.
