Fan Jian, male, born in1957165438+10/7, is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University Law School. 1983 obtained a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Nanjing University, 1988 obtained a master's degree in law from Nanjing University, 19 1 studied commercial law, economic law and international commercial law in the Law Department of University of G? ttingen, Germany. Legislative adviser of the Standing Committee of Nanjing Municipal People's Congress, expert adviser of Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, lawyer and arbitrator of Nanjing Zhongshan Law Firm, 1995 was elected as one of the top ten outstanding young jurists in China.
Long-term engaged in the teaching and research of commercial law, economic law and international economic law.
