1983 graduated from China Academy of Military Medical Sciences, 199 1 to 1999 Japanese graduate students and clinical interns. /kloc-0 returned to China at the end of 1999, mainly engaged in clinical research on drug dependence. He was employed as the executive director of China Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Association, the chief expert of Zhuhai Clinical Research Base of China Institute of Drug Dependence, the editorial board of China Drug Dependence magazine, the editorial board of Harm Reduction-Information magazine, the invited member of the Rehabilitation Professional Committee of China Reeducation through Labor Association, the expert member of Guangdong No.1 Compulsory Isolation Rehabilitation Bureau, and the dean of Zhuhai Jinding Voluntary Rehabilitation Center of PLA 168 Hospital.

The main scientific research projects he participated in are: "National Key Basic Research and Development Plan (973 Plan)-Biological Basis and Prevention of Psychoactive Substance Dependence (2003 CB 515400)"; The main person in charge of the project "Study on cellular and molecular mechanism of treatment of protracted withdrawal symptoms of opioid dependence (PC.2005. 1092)"; Editor-in-chief of many monographs such as Handbook of Drug Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation and Introduction to Drug Addiction Treatment, and published more than 30 papers in professional medical journals at home and abroad.
