How to set a link in word?
Place the cursor on the insertion point-click Insert on the main menu-select hyperlink from the drop-down menu-select the address to be connected (default is "original file or web page"), enter the text content to be displayed at the link, and select the source of the linked file (default is "current folder").

Newly inserted links are usually highlighted with a blue underline, so you can reset the highlighting or cancel the highlighting in other formats (even if the highlighting is cancelled, as long as the cursor moves over the text where the hyperlink is located, you will still be prompted "Hold down CTRL and click the mouse to follow the link").

Link operation:

1. Position the cursor where the hyperlink is inserted (or select a block);

2. Execute the Insert/Hyperlink command, select the name of the file (or bookmark) to be linked in the dialog box, and then click OK.

Underline deletion operation:

1. Select hyperlink;

2. Execute the "Format/Style and Format" command to open the "Style and Format" dialog box;

3. Click the drop-down button to the right of the hyperlink in the "Please select the applied format" list in the dialog box, and click "Modify" to open the "Modify Style" dialog box;

4. Click the Format button in the lower left corner of the dialog box and select a font to open the font dialog box;

5. Select "None" in the Underline Line Type column of the Font dialog box;

6. Click the OK button.
