What is a hyperuniverse?
Metauniverse is a virtual world linked and created by scientific and technological means, which maps and interacts with the real world, and has a digital living space of a new social system.

It combines a variety of new technologies, resulting in a new type of Internet applications and social forms. It provides immersive experience based on augmented reality technology, generates a mirror image of the real world based on digital twin technology, and builds an economic system based on blockchain technology.

Virtual world and real world are closely integrated in economic system, social system and identity system, and every user is allowed to produce content and edit the world.

Metauniverse is essentially a virtual and digital process of the real world, which needs a lot of transformation in content production, economic system, user experience, physical world content and so on. However, the development of metauniverse is gradual, supported by shared infrastructure, standards and protocols, and finally formed by the continuous integration and evolution of many tools and platforms.

Wikipedia describes the metauniverse as a 3D virtual space with the characteristics of convergence and physical persistence, which is based on the future Internet and augmented by virtual reality. Its essence is a parallel universe.
