1. Ordinary people are very dependent on plastic bags, so it is a matter of course to receive plastic bags for free. The State Council's "plastic restriction order" will bring inconvenience to many people. How do government departments deal with this problem?

A: The key is people's concept. Ordinary people are also concerned about environmental protection, such as air quality and other issues closely related to life, but their awareness of cooperating with environmental protection with practical actions in concept is not strong. Therefore, we will strengthen the publicity of policies. Because it is free, domestic families now throw away plastic bags after using them, which consumes a lot of plastic bags that can be saved. In foreign countries, most plastic bags are not distributed free of charge. By charging, the reuse of plastic bags can be promoted, thus reducing the use of plastic bags and reducing the pressure on the environment. At the same time, we will advocate the use of alternative products, such as cloth bags, to reduce the use of plastic bags.

2. Our questionnaire survey found that many people think that the implementation of the plastic restriction order will cause inconvenience, and quite a few people do not understand the environmental pollution caused by plastic bags and are critical of the policy.

A: Many people don't understand the environmental damage caused by plastic bags. Non-degradable plastic bags are difficult to decompose even if they are buried underground 100 years. Even the biodegradable plastic bags produced now will take a long time, and if burned, it will be harmful to the environment. Nowadays, a lot of plastic bags consumed by many people in China have great pressure on the environment. Chinese government departments should cooperate with policies to increase the publicity of relevant environmental protection knowledge. It should be acceptable if everyone can look at the problem from the perspective of environmental protection. Because environmental protection is not just a matter for the environmental protection department, but everyone's responsibility.

3. The implementation of "Plastic Restriction Order" is bound to have an impact on the existing plastic bag industry, which is also related to the employment of a considerable number of people. What do government departments think?

A: The "Plastic Restriction Order" establishes the national standard for the thickness of plastic bags, and prohibits ultra-thin plastic bags. This is also to promote the quality of plastic bags and thus improve their reusability. At present, the domestic plastic bag industry is dominated by township enterprises, many of which are small workshops. The implementation of the "plastic limit order" and the introduction of the national standard for plastic bags will reduce the demand for plastic bags, which will promote the optimization and integration of this industry. Some enterprises may disappear or change production, leaving qualified enterprises, which is also the natural adjustment of market economy.

A: It won't have a big impact. When a policy is implemented, people always have a process of adaptation. Over time, people will naturally get used to it, and the implementation of the policy is to guide people to live a more environmentally friendly life. 2. Plastic garbage discarded on land or in water will lead to the death of animals if it is swallowed as food.

3. The plastic garbage entering the domestic garbage is light in weight, large in volume and difficult to handle. If they are buried, they will occupy a lot of land and it will be difficult to decompose for a long time.

4. Some plastics are poisonous. If they are used as tableware or food packaging materials, they will be harmful to human health.

5. The ozone layer is thinning.

Through this survey, we know that with the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, it has created unprecedented huge material wealth for mankind and paid a heavy price for the environment. Ecological destruction and environmental pollution have posed a serious threat to human survival and development. When it is windy, the air is filled with yellow dust, and sometimes white plastic bags fly in the air. It's embarrassing to go out. Therefore, solving environmental problems has become an urgent and important task. To change this situation, it is far from enough to rely solely on the efforts of sanitation workers. We must also improve our environmental awareness. Environmental pollution and destruction are not caused by one person, so protecting the environment should be the behavior of the whole society.
