1. feed safety and quality of livestock products

To study the substitution technology of feed antibiotics (such as medicinal plants and extracts, antibacterial peptides, etc.). ), on the premise of ensuring efficient animal production, using antibiotic-free green feed to produce safe animal products. To study the molecular mechanism, metabolic pathway and influencing factors affecting the formation of quality traits of pigs and chickens, and to produce high-quality livestock products through effective nutritional regulation.

2. Nutrition and feed of monogastric animals

On the basis of focusing on the research trends, research hotspots, research progress and industry development trends at home and abroad in this field and related fields, this research direction is mainly engaged in the nutritional needs of monogastric animals such as pigs and chickens, as well as the development and safety evaluation of nutrition and feed, nutritional physiology, nutrition regulation, nutrition and immunity, nutrition and environment, new feed and feed additives related to monogastric animals. Through the study of relevant thematic theories, experimental design of dissertations, project implementation and thesis writing, senior professionals engaged in the research and production of monogastric animal nutrition and feed are trained.

5. Animal molecular nutrition and feed biotechnology
