At present, there is only one school in the northwest that offers the direction of editing and directing, which has 9 years of development experience and has certain advantages in talent training. The existing curriculum system, which integrates guidance, presentation and teaching, is more suitable for most practical students of general dance foundation in our department, showing an overview of the training of students at different levels, and the professional teaching level is vague. Therefore, 20% to 30% of students who have plastic surgery in choreography and performance will have the phenomenon of "not having enough to eat". The curriculum of choreography, China dance and foreign dance is relatively balanced, which makes students have a wide range of knowledge. However, due to the constraints between courses, the training of "steeple" talents in choreography and performance is insufficient.

After all, dance is a stage art, and excellent works cannot be separated from excellent actors. Therefore, the existing technical courses can not meet the needs of the training of performing talents, nor can they supplement the training of dance choreographers.

Due to the long emergence period of the choreographer, it is difficult for the "steeple" choreographer to make great achievements in the school study stage, and it only belongs to "Xiao He just shows his sharp corner", which will only appear after a long period of social creation practice. But I personally prefer choreography. At present, choreographers are more popular, so they should also be counted as high-paying occupations. Compared with other dance professions, the profit rate and profit potential of choreographers are higher, and their competitive advantages are more prominent. In the Eighth National "Peach and Plum Cup" Dance Competition held in Beijing, it was learned that all the participating repertoires except the ballet were required to be original new works within two years, and the highest reward for composing such a dance was 1 minute, 1 10,000 yuan. First of all, there are not many excellent directors in China, so "scarcity is precious"; Secondly, it depends on the market effect and artistic level of choreography. A good choreographer's dance works should be not only artistic, but also commercial and loved by the audience. With the market, no matter how high the cost of the director is, there will be returns.

At present, there are not many professional dancers engaged in this work. In this resource-poor market, the sudden emergence of dance choreographer is definitely a bright future. Judging from my professional and personal characteristics, choreography is undoubtedly my major and has a broad development prospect. So the director's way out is considerable.

Action plan for the next three academic years:

First, the academic aspect.

Sophomore:

(1) Build a reasonable knowledge structure and participate in some social practices, such as "going to the countryside" and other activities.

(2) If you are desperate, then pass Band 4 and try to pass once. I really can't pass this semester. I'll give you another chance next semester. Of course, this is not absolutely irrelevant.

(3) Try to take the computer level 2. There is a first-class certificate, but it is a certificate that all college students on earth will have in the future. It will make people laugh their teeth off, which is basically useless. "Scarcity is the most valuable thing", so it is imperative to pass the computer level 2 exam, even if it fails. According to the predecessors (seniors and seniors), failing to pass the exam and failing to pass the exam cannot be equated. If you don't sign up for the exam, you will have an excuse not to study, and you will become lazy, idle and in the stage of zero success. However, the impact of failing the exam is different. Although you can't get a dream certificate, your ability has been greatly improved in the process of studying hard. If I can't have both certificate and ability, then I think I will choose the latter because it has long-term benefits. To take the computer level 2 exam, my principle is to focus on participation.

Junior year: focus on the study of professional courses. Achieve a major breakthrough in certificates. By that time, there are not many courses, so you can prepare to take some relevant certificates, but don't blindly research them. You should actively consult experienced experts and teachers in employment, get the most effective information for yourself, and then prescribe the right medicine.

Senior year: I entered the internship stage in the early stage, looking for all units interested in recruiting dance choreographers or teachers, and practicing for a period of time after the interview, so that even if my efforts achieved my goal, I saved the heart of running around looking for a job after graduation.
