The distance between famous teachers and ordinary teachers is not unattainable, and "famous teachers" have gradually grown up from ordinary teachers. So, what is a "famous teacher"? How can I become a famous teacher? Not long ago, a survey article by China Academy of Educational Sciences revealed several key elements of the cultivation of famous teachers. Through the investigation of more than 300 famous teachers in a certain place and in-depth interviews with more than 10 teachers, this study tries to explore the law of teachers' growth and provide ideas and references for the growth of famous teachers. In addition to detailed data, we also collected some cases of the growth of famous teachers, which showed the growth process of famous teachers more vividly and concretely!

First of all, a small goal is the premise of "cultivating famous teachers". Teacher Sun Shuangjin, a special-grade teacher, an advanced individual in national ethics and the first national top ten star headmaster, was determined to be a "good teacher" at the beginning of her work. In the above surveys and interviews, almost all teachers mentioned the promotion and cultivation of multi-level platforms such as cities, districts and schools, especially the seminars and diversified teaching and research activities organized by districts and counties that are close to educational practice, their own reality and their own development needs, as well as the rich teaching and research activities organized by schools, which are of great help to teachers' growth. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to strengthen the organization and platform guarantee of teachers' growth from the district (county) and school level. First, strengthen the capacity building of district and county teacher development support system. Second, schools should give full play to the role of "guides". On the one hand, they should create an atmosphere conducive to teachers' active learning. On the other hand, it is necessary to provide guarantee conditions for teachers to participate in diversified research platforms and activities, which can not only provide endogenous motivation for teachers' professional development and grow into famous teachers as soon as possible, but also give full play to the role of external forces. Third, it is necessary to build a communication platform for experts, famous teachers and ordinary teachers, and provide conceptual guidance and practical guidance for teachers to grow into famous teachers.
