1. Participated in major scientific research projects of Shandong Provincial Department of Education and Laiyang Agricultural College (now Qingdao Agricultural University), and was responsible for the research on key technologies of cloned cattle. 200 1, 1 1.3 and1.6 respectively produced the first and second healthy cloned cattle in China. The invention of "click enucleation" has the advantages of reducing the cytoplasmic damage of oocytes, improving the success rate of enucleation and the development rate of reconstructed embryos, reaching the international leading level. The embryo culture system was improved, and a simple negative pressure gas phase culture system and improved culture solution similar to the intrauterine environment were adopted to make bovine oocytes mature in vitro and develop reconstructed embryos, which significantly improved the quality of cloned embryos. In February 2006, the project won the special prize of outstanding scientific research achievements of Shandong Provincial Department of Education, 5438+0,65438; 200 1 Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements in Shandong Province; First prize of scientific and technological progress in Shandong province in 2002.
2. Shandong Province thoroughbred industrialization project, the doctoral fund project of Laiyang Agricultural College (now Qingdao Agricultural University), "Reproductive Performance Measurement and Embryo Transfer Test of Somatic Cloned Cattle", made the world's first vitrified ultra-fast frozen somatic cloned cattle superovulation embryo transfer calf on June 8, 2003; 10 year1October 29th and 3 1 year1October 29th, respectively, the first and second cases of somatic cell cloned cattle in China were made. In June, 2004, he won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province.
3. Participated in the research of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Commission's key scientific and technological project (1992- 1994) during the Eighth Five-Year Plan period, and obtained the first domestic dairy cow semi-embryo cryopreservation transplanted calf, which filled the blank of domestic dairy cow semi-embryo cryopreservation technology. 1995 won the Heilongjiang Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Award.
4. Participated in the key project of Heilongjiang Province in the Ninth Five-Year Plan "Research on the Development and Application of Dairy Embryo Transfer Technology" (1995- 1997) and won the third prize of Heilongjiang Province's scientific and technological progress 1999.
5. Participated in the research of the National Science and Technology Commission's "Ninth Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological key project "Establishing Breeding System and Production System of High-yield Dairy Cows by Using Embryo Biotechnology" (1996-2000), and obtained the first one-step vitrified calf transplantation in China, which filled the gap in this research field in China.
