At the beginning of March, at the request of oilfield education center and school moral education, every class teacher and young teacher had to submit a paper on class management and moral education, but I, a novice class teacher, had no valuable experience in class management and could only write from the aspect of promoting extracurricular reading, so I played a clever trick and wrote at the beginning: Moral education is the fundamental task of education, and reading classics is one of the important ways to moral education. Unexpectedly, it was unanimously affirmed by the jury, won the first prize of the school and was pushed to the education center. Hey, isn't this an edge ball?

Moral education is the fundamental task of education, and reading classics is one of the important ways of moral education. I am the Chinese teacher and head teacher of Class 40 1 in the autumn of 20 18, and I know the significance of children's reading promotion. However, I found that the books in the corner of the class were shabby, some books were not suitable for children, the number of books was limited, and the books were easy to be lost, so it was difficult to manage and operate, so I launched a book drifting activity in our class in the last ten days of 20 18 10. First, the concept of promotional activities

The original intention of carrying out book drifting activities is to let the whole class read more good books that are more suitable for the brain. At first, I chose to report my thoughtful design idea of book drifting activity to the family Committee, and the concept of this activity was recognized by the family Committee; At the same time, exchange ideas with children in class, which is deeply loved by children.

Once the suggestions issued by the Family Committee were published, they immediately received strong support from the parents of the class. Seeing parents' support for children's reading, I was encouraged, paid a sum of money to join in and got the opportunity to read drifting books.

How to choose a suitable bibliography for children is the most important thing. I first asked Meng Xuan's mother, Enoch's mother, Jiahang's mother and other parents who love reading to recommend some books. What is touching is that Xuan's mother went to various bookstores in the oilfield to consult and read books, communicated with middle school teachers and friends, and then wrote down what she thought was great and sent it to me. There is also mother Nuo, who personally records the books that her daughter has read since she was a child, and then selects some good books to send. Our aviation mother also gave great advice: cover books on astronomy, geography and popular science.

While my parents were acting, I asked Gu Zhou Qun, a famous reading promoter I met online, and other outstanding children's literature reading promotion teachers for advice. At the same time, with reference to the book list published by the New Education Research Institute of Zhu Yongxin's teacher team, we carefully screened and finally selected more than 100 books, including children's literature, history, geography, social sciences and mathematics.

Compared with the trouble of choosing a single book as a drifting book in class, choosing a series of books is easier to manage. The bibliography is tentative, and new books and good books will be added later.

Before reloading the book, parents made full preparations: Han Ma carved a beautiful book seal on the street; Ma Xuan has prepared rough pens, labels, paper cutters, scotch tape and other tools. The aviation mother who is good at interpersonal communication sponsored the class and saved a lot of money for the drifting schoolbags in the class.

Start of sub-packaging: Ma Xuan and Xi Ma Yuan divided the book into 49 parts according to my proposal and requirements, and then put each coded label paper on the cover of the book. Then Xu Yang's father (people's police, parents affectionately call him Brother Zhou) put a wide transparent tape on the label paper to prevent the label paper from falling off or being worn out in the future. After pasting, he stamped the title page chapter on each book, and stamped the class chapter on the riding chapter. Mother Han is responsible for writing the number of each drifting schoolbag. In order to prevent the ink from being printed, the careful Wei specially found a thick cardboard pad in the middle of the bag; In order to round the circle outside the number, she also specially cut a circular cardboard. The aviation mother is responsible for registering the compiled bibliography in the notebook, and then recording it as a spreadsheet. She carefully wrote down the title of the book, copied the number, and recorded the price and the number of the corresponding drifting book bag. After that, everyone cooperated to put each registered book into the corresponding drifting bag and finally carried it into the classroom. After a busy morning, what parents say most is "the children in our class are so happy." Yes, a childhood nourished by good books must be happy!

20 18 1 1.2 Our book drifting activity was officially launched. From the initiative to the launch of the activity, from book selection, book distribution, labeling, registration, stamping to bag distribution, I thank my parents for their full support and the family Committee for their dedication.

At the launching ceremony of book drifting, we studied the details of book drifting with our children, and the children spoke actively to make suggestions for class book management. Finally, we define the management and operation methods of books in the drifting book bag to facilitate the normal drifting in the future. When the drifting schoolbags were distributed, every child who received the schoolbags was like a treasure, and his face was filled with a bright smile. Even when they walk on campus after school, they can't help but get excited, attracting countless curious eyes from other classes.

As soon as each child received the book drifting bag, we began to punch in the books every day, lasting 100 days, 2 1 day and 50 days with phased incentives. Our reading and punching activities have been going on in an orderly way. Every night, my happiest thing is to praise my children's circle of friends and watch them laugh and enjoy reading. The way they read books is really beautiful! So I also took my daughter to read and punch in, which not only set an example for students, but also improved the quality of parent-child companionship, which made me relive the happiness of reading in my childhood.

This Spring Festival, I received a special Spring Festival blessing from Sun Zhanxiang's mother:

Mother Songling's words aroused my concern and thought: Can a child who loves reading write a good composition? Why can't children who love reading write well? Writing problems like Songling are problems that I need to study immediately.

There will be various problems in the process of class book drift and reading clock-in, such as:

1. The two-week cycle of drifting schoolbags is too tight for some children with slow reading speed. After consulting most students, it was changed to a three-week cycle.

2. It was agreed that the drifting schoolbags would be exchanged in the classroom after the flag-raising ceremony on Monday, but some children did not bring their drifting schoolbags to school, resulting in a classmate behind them not getting their schoolbags in time. In view of this situation, we can only strengthen the mutual reminder between students.

Every child knows that in the process of transmission and reading, we should cherish the drifting books, but it is inevitable that they will be damaged. If the cover is folded, it will remind the children who get the book to reinforce it with transparent tape in time to prevent it from rotting after devaluation. So far, only two children have paid the compensation for lost books according to the price-after buying the same new book in time, they will label, stamp and bag it.

4. The purpose of reading and punching cards is to make children's reading habits get more people's attention and encouragement, and then form automatic reading. Most children can insist on reading and punching in, only a few children have not found the fun of reading, and parents are also negligent in supervision and encouragement. Although I comfort myself that even if only a few children can benefit from reading, I still need to keep up with each child's reading habits in time.

How to combine reading and writing effectively is a subject that I should explore.

In addition to children's personalized reading, we also carry out activities of reading good books in class. Last semester, I used my weekly reading class to read The Wizard of Oz, I am an idiot and Dear Mr. Han Xiu with my children. This semester, I read The Crow and Pippi's Stockings. Because * * * read one classic after another, I have the same language and password as students and students.

If reading is the input of culture and literacy, then writing is the output of soul and connotation. We write a class drifting diary for each child in turn according to the student number every day, and my parents and I join in. Students, teachers and students, parents and children understand each other through interactive writing and deepen their sense of identity through constant self-reflection. In class, what we look forward to most every day is listening to classmates read drifting diaries. I found that the children applauded more warmly after listening to the diaries written by parents and teachers. So far, we have written three rounds, and the first story book belonging to Rainbow Flower Classroom is about to be born.
