3. Local culture

Nine emperors of China started their businesses here. Li Yuan and his son set out here to overthrow the Sui Dynasty, and the later Tang Dynasty, the later Jin Dynasty, the later Han Dynasty and the northern Han Dynasty were born or established here. The design theme of the design adopts the theme elements of Longcheng. In the design, a water body in the north is the leader and a small botanical garden in the south is the dragon tail. The winding garden road outlines the dragon's body. In the design, the basic patterns of dragons are extracted and applied to theme sculptures, pillars around rivers, floor pavements, seats, lighting and pavilions.

Longcheng has outstanding people and outstanding spirits, and celebrities from past dynasties have come forth in large numbers. For example, Lian Po, Huyan Zan and Yang, Prime Minister Di, writers Bai Xingjian and Luo Guanzhong, poets Bai Juyi, Wang Changling and Wang Zhihuan, and painter Mi Fei. 4. Program innovation

Because the surrounding areas are urban main roads, the treatment of vehicle exhaust and noise is particularly important for waterfront space. Put wooden box structures on the edge of small water system in leisure and sightseeing areas. The design idea is that several large-scale frames (ranging from 3.5 meters to 5.5 meters in height) are installed on water and land respectively.
