The end annotation position is the end of the document. Select the number 1, 2,3 "as the compilation format. When you click Insert, it will automatically jump to the end of the document and enter a reference.

Please refer to Baidu Tools for the format of references. Sometimes the inserted references have been quoted above, in this case, it is necessary to use bite references. "Place the cursor in the insertion position and click * Insert-Reference-Cross Reference. In the open Cross Reference * dialog box, select the reference type as endnote and the reference content as endnote number (with format), select the endnote needed for reference, and click * to insert.

When the content of the article has not been revised in the end, the references have also been finalized. The default reference format may not be appropriate, for example, the numerical codes of references cited in Chinese papers are all in square brackets.

It is common to rewrite the original data. If you use other people's ideas and achievements, you need to indicate the source in the article and list it in the literature list at the end of the article. References are not only recognition of others' contributions, but also a guide for readers to get letters from other interested documents. In addition, the literature also provides editors with information about reviewers and shows the author's familiarity with professional fields.

Most authors will collect more documents than the manuscript needs. It is difficult to filter out relevant documents from all the documents at once. Review articles contain a lot of information, so they contain a lot of documents, but research papers are different. They should only list the most relevant documents. In order to facilitate readers' reading, we should try our best to control the number of documents within a suitable or periodical-required scale.
