On July 2nd, we went to Ulanhu Memorial Hall, a famous museum in Inner Mongolia, by bus with excitement. We came to the entrance of Ulanhu Memorial Hall and walked up the steps. A tall statue of Ulanhu caught my eye and stood in the center of the square. Behind this statue, you can see the Ulanhu Memorial Hall. The shape of Ulanhu Memorial Hall is a symmetrical European style.
We can't wait to run to the Ulanhu Memorial Hall. What you see are all kinds of articles used by Ulanhu and plates that record Ulanhu's life. We are disciplined and must wait for the people in the group to come and see. After the big group came, we quickly squatted on the glass shelf and browsed Ulanhu's used items, such as pistols, machine guns, used tobacco pipes, saddles, bayonets and papers. All the articles used by Grandpa Ulanhu are collected by the museum. Don't need to see Ulanhu's introduction. The articles used by Ulanhu are like seeing the struggle course of a great revolutionary in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and Ulanhu in the War of Liberation. These vicissitudes recorded the glorious life of Grandpa Ulanhu.
We saw the wax figure of Grandpa Ulanhu again, which was lifelike. From the blue veins and wrinkles on his face, we can see the portrayal of the old revolutionary's life, and the firmness in his eyes has infected the flowers of our motherland.
According to the tour guide, this memorial hall was built in 1992 with an exhibition area of 1400 square meters. The place we went to was really big and rich in content. We also know from the article that Grandpa Ulanhu grew up from a miserable childhood to a strong revolutionary and later became a national leader. At the same time, I felt his great and immortal feats.
This visit to Ulanhu Memorial Hall, we learned about the hardships and fighting style of the older generation of revolutionaries, and also realized that our happy life today is hard-won, which is really fruitful!
